Mortgage Metrics has been a great addition to our process.
It is easy to use and has taken away the manual and time consuming checks needed to ensure clients are on the best rates. A great USP!
I would highly recommend Mortgage Metrics to any adviser firm.

With rates constantly changing this has saved alot of time for our business. Will be even better when all the lenders are available.

n today's fluid mortgage market rates can change a couple of times a week with some lenders. Keeping on top of the changes had become a very labour intensive process so I am delighted that we found Mortgage Metrics. Simple to use, brilliantly efficient and really well-priced given the value it adds to the broker proposition. I have and will continue to recommend it to brokers as it is a great tool. I've been using Mortgage Metrics for a while now and while it's not always required, the times when I need quick access to my clients potential rate reductions, it is extremely useful and a real time saver.

We have been using Metrics for a few months now and it has massively impacted the time spent reviewing client deals. Think our record is 7 rate reductions for a particular client and they love that we can commit to always offering the a better deal if one becomes available. Obviously could do with covering more lenders but hoping this improves over time.

We have been using Mortgage Metrics for a while now and it really makes a difference and cuts down time for tracking changes in interest rates. Not all lenders are on it but we understand that this takes time. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the search function doesn't work.

I’m really impressed with Metrics. We use it to manage our clients' rates from submission to completion, saving us hours each week that we used to spend manually checking rates. If you’re not already using Metrics, you definitely should—it’s an excellent tool.

This tool makes managing mortgage rates much quicker and more efficient, we have been using it daily since purchasing our licence. Client's are more than happy to receive the updates showing how much their monthly savings are, and knowing we are securing the best rate available.

This is the service every broker needs in their suite.
The service is reliable at notifying you promptly when a lender has reduced the rate for the type of product you have reserved (e.g. 2 year fixed with a £999 fee), and we've used it to save our clients hundrends of tens of thousands of pounds already in 2024, almost effortlessly, and at the point the new product is released (rather than periodically reviewing rates manually).

I would like to see:
- More lenders (we understand more are coming)
- The service telling you if a different type of product works out cheaper for the client (e.g. the lender now has a product with no fee, that works out cheaper), but I appreciate this would be a heavy investment to make it calculate this, and additional information about the loan size and term would need to be keyed

Despite room for improvement, we trialled the service, and immediately integrated it within our processes without hesitation. It is incredibly useful, and a great USP to use when attracting new clients.
