Experienced landlord with 7 properties

Experienced landlord with 7 properties; just looking for some general info about what's out there. Asks too many questions. Didn't want a full application, nor did I want to put all my personal data out there for them to plague me with later as some sites do.

Edit in response to company reply: Email address was optional as you say but you asked for far more detail than necessary for me to get an idea of prevailing rates on offer. Some sites only ask property value & mortgage amount to show best rates. If it had been made clear at the beginning that you required much more info, I would have saved my time and looked elsewhere. As I said, this wasn't an application, just a general enquiry.

You’re right that nobody wants to hand over their details just to browse, and that’s exactly why we decided you don’t need to give an email to use any of our tools. If you don’t, we don’t store any of your personal data and we’ll never contact you. Everything stays in your browser.

On the questions: each one is there because it changes which products lenders will offer. For example, some lenders, such as The Mortgage Works, have a separate range for portfolio landlords. That said, we hear you on wanting a quicker look, and we’re always working to keep the form as light as possible.
