Product, perfect. Delivery, questionable
I have no issues with the product or the company but I think they should review their delivery partner. Evri is notoriously unreliable. Change this and it would be 5 stars.

What made my experience really good was the efficiency of the company, the speed of delivery and the contact from the company to inform me of exactly what was going on and when delivery would be. That is all you want when you make online purchases.

Great on line experience
Great on line experience. Straightforward ordering and updates. Costume for my granddaughter for Halloween and she loves it I would give the experience and product five stars and highly recommend

We loved the Indiana Jones costume
We loved the Indiana Jones costume, it worked really well. The only negatives are the hat was ultra floppy and mishapen so we had to order another cowboy style hat. And the "leather" straps were a little flimsy so we left them off. The Shirt and jacket were fab.

Cancelled Order
You had an address issue and just canceled my order because I didn't reply fast enough. The 'in time' is the issue here; cancelling a halloween order in 24 hours because you didn't like the address.
Yes, refund immediately received.
Costume bought elsewhere cheaper with no shipping issue.

Snel ontvangen maar slechte kwaliteit
Bestelling redelijk snel ontvangen, maar kwaliteit van het bestelde kostuum viel echt tegen en kwam niet overeen met de foto. Op de foto zag het er veel mooier uit met een volle rok. Het ontvangen kostuum moest er op lijken maar was helaas de in China snel en goedkoop gemaakte temu-versie.

Ordered pirate costume, came as expected! Hat is a little crooked will have to straighten out but all in all a pretty costume! I'll need to accessorize the outfit as well, need boots and a sword 👍

Too many fees and inaccurate sizing.
Sizing is completely inaccurate and then they charge you to make the return as well as their delivery fee not being refundable. Tracking is showing my return was delivered to them 5 days ago and I've still received no comms or refund from them only a request for a review.... Avoid.
