Had an issue with a bouquet that arrived and called up customer services. Spoke to a lovely guy called Reza who not only refunded the flowers, he also sent out a new bouquet with chocolates too. Really kind and caring lad, an absolute credit to the company and he should be proud of himself for being such an empathetic and kind human being in general.

They say that the measure of a good company is not how often they make mistakes, some mishaps are inevitable, but how well they recover from them.
I had an issue with a delivery for our anniversary, which came too early while we were away for a few days and the bouquet deteriorated in the heat and had a short life.
When I told Morning Flowers of our disappointment, they immediately offered either a full refund or replacement.
We chose the replacement which arrived at the planned time and is absolutely beautiful .

The flowers that I ordered and paid for - over £30 with postage - were NOT what was sent. The quality of flowers sent was very much inferior to those in the picture - this is not about what is in season this is clearly about misleading clients. Also the flowers come flat packed (though not letter box size) and this is not mentioned on their website. This company also ignores correspondence. I feel conned and will not be using this company again. I would have included fotos if that was an option.

In response to Morning Flowers reply: my point has been completely missed and ignored. My complaint is about the poor quality of the flowers which were not as advertised.

Won't be ordering from this company again.. flowers were dead in 2 days. On delivery they were already starting to wilt. Dry as a bone. I was offered half the refund or a new bouquet. I said I would have the bouquet as long as it was the original order of sun flowers which I didn't get.. got some cheap carnations. Very disappointed as they were a gift for my daughter. There was a personal reason that I ordered sunflowers. Was very disappointed.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered and wanted to confirm that the address and delivery instructions had been correctly recorded. I contacted them by phone and spoke Mohsen who was incredibly helpful and was able to also give an estimated time by which the flowers would be delivered and they were. It’s the first time I have used this florist and the flowers were described by the recipient as “Amazing” Based on the quality of the flowers and my experience with Mohsen I would definitely recommend them.
