Had a appointment today-no show AGAIN! Still waiting on same repair 2 years later missed a days work that I won’t be paid for and on hold for 45 minutes no answer so gave up ! Question do you actually have any employee? I’m so angry

I waited on work to be done for 3 months simple things like door handles etc. Screws were put in at a angle and left protruding from the handles. Door hinge had to be fixed, when he was finished I can no longer close the door. I called to complain, was told to email a complaint to the repairs. I did this 4 weeks ago and no one has called or replied to me. It seems morgan sindall has the same response to every review on here. They still haven't resolved this issue. Totally rubbish ... they never respond. They let you down constantly. Problems since Sept 22.

Absolutely dismissal. Unreliable and when they do eventually arrive (if they have equipment to do the job) it's of shocking quality. If I could rate minus I would. Constantly cancelling appointments. Never complete a job and I'm still waiting four months on for a replacement window. I will be putting formal complaint in to welwyn/Hatfield Council. You provide no service

Sloppy work. They were instructed to install a fire door closer by our property management company. They drilled straight into the wood - ruining the door frame. The workmen are not properly trained.

Unable to contact them over 2 hours on the phone waiting, every time got to number 1 in queue phone went dead terrible service.

This company was called out to investigate a leak and didn't follow instructions. It took them over a month to find a faulty boiler and when they came back to the property I was told it could blow up at any time. They leave properties in such a state that it wouldn't surprise me if their work (or lack of it) ended up killing someone. Everyone deserves a safe, secure home, free from damp, floods and moulds. It's criminal that these companies are left to 'look after' council properties- they're essentially robbing tax payers.

I got an "unsafe: do not use" label on my gas meter and they turned it off without my permission which is illegal. Now I cannot cook or shower for the forseeable future and I cannot even call the engineers to understand the problem and the next steps until Monday morning - 3 days from now. This is absolutely absurd and this company should go out of business.

Basildon Morgan and sindall, they have a terrible customer service, all I can say is they lie, do not help you abd its badly run. How they survive as a business is beyond me.

Terrible treatment of a vulnerable customer on a prepayment energy meter. Morgan Sindall supply my client with energy using a prepayment meter. My client is struggling with debt, so they have requested their payment history to help manage it. Despite the best efforts of the customer and their housing association, Morgan Sindall have ignored all requests.

Terrible company to deal with, worse than any other organisation I have ever experienced and simple repairs never run as they should. I can't believe that my housing association still has a contract with them as me and other tenants have really seen a decline in the repair service over the last few years. Even simple repairs take several visits and they frequently don't show up for appointments. Wasted so much annual leave from work waiting for them to turn up to do jobs that take minutes. Very difficult to speak to on the phone and I often find the staff in their office to be lacking in customer service and sometimes quite rude.

I just left a very nasty review in error regarding Morgan Sindall services. We had a repair regarding a hot water tap. The emergency plumber came and raised the job. He turned off the hot water and told us he raised the job. WCC represantitives call centre were very rude to me. I had a heated series of exchanges with them. The job was supposed to be completed today (in 4 days) Today they told me that MS could not do the repair until a further 10 days and the job was scheduled for the 22nd. I called MS today directly. They have no record of any appointment and certianly none for today or the 22nd. Therefore I can only conclude the nasty mean unprofessional staff at WCC are responsible. I sincerely apologzie to Morgan Sindall. This is obviously a stunt by the vindictive call center people at WCC because they are snow flakes. I wonder now how many bad reviews against Morgan Sindall have been a result of petty vindictive behavior by these clowns. Please to anyone reading this don't make the same mistake I have. Have currently waited over half an hour for Morgan Sindall to answer the telephone and am still waiting.

Their 'extensive FAQs' suggest calling at a time when they are less busy. My response is that they should provide a service worthy of the name. How did Westminster Council choose such a poor provider?

just spent 47 minutes on hold due to them being busy to report a repair for them to cut me off,not the 1st time,if they are that busy ,hire more people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are incompetant, I have to use them as they are contracted to my housing association (Longhurst Housing) They continue to lie about appointments, fail to show up, said bath safe to use, now I have hole in the ceiling. incompetant.

How many calls does it take to fix a fault? Been trying for a while. Leaking soil pipe as it enters the ground. So toilet water coming out onto my path. I find this unacceptable as its a health hazard. Surely it can't be too difficult to fix?

Negative 1 star for their appalling service. This company is a mess and has no business being in the repairs industry. Westminster need to do better and hire people who actually get things done!!!!

Worst company I've ever known, the foreman on our building knew absolutely nothing about property rules or any trade knowledge whatsoever. He was rude dismissive and quite possibly the dumbest person I've ever met, I've been an engineer for 30 years and he didn't understand the most basic principles of any trade. My ceiling is still left water damaged, they cut my WiFi and sky cables to the property and never came back to fix it. They're still dangling free in the communal ceiling 2 years later. Please please please don't ever hire these cowboys for anything, you will regret it. I wouldn't even give one star but that was the only option, I'd give them -10 because it's worse here now then before they did work here. The worst cowboys I've ever had work done by, then they packed up and ran away and left a trail of destruction. Please take heed.

Worst company ever, clearly people working there have no idea about customer service. Zero communication with residents, don’t show up to appointments yet no apology no calls nothing. This has been happening for years and they think they are getting away with it. Hammersmith & Fulham need to get rid of them.

Will use all the recorded calls they have and information I’ve taken to have legal action against them.
