You cancelled and refunded my order without me asking and no explanation. I reached out to customer service both via Whatsapp and email to ask why you refunded my order and no one even had the courtesy to answer me. At this point I just assume your whole website is a scam. I don't understand why you're sending me a survey pretending like you care how the experience was when you don't even bother to answer customer support inquiries in the first place

Terrible if you are not an influencer don’t waste your time

Regarding your review reply left today. I have not received a refund up until now, despite you agreeing to do so. so your statement is false. I’ve had to open a PayPal case and it’s still pending whilst they look into it, as you haven’t refunded the money. Why not just refund the money.

My order hasn’t been delivered and I spoke to their team a few days ago and now they’ve just gone quiet for a few days. Considering this is a an expensive purchase I would expect for it to be a bit more concern around it. It’s obviously not their fault that the package wasn’t successfully delivered but it’s on them to chase this up and keep me updated.
