Very pleased! Ordered and shipped on time and received it in great condition. I ordered a Braun shaver foil. The picture showed Braun packaging. I was worried it would be a knock off, but it indeed it was Braun product. Going to look for more products they have. Thanks Chad!

Above-and-Beyond Service When It Mattered Most
I wanted to share my experience with this purchase because it really stood out. The amino acid supplement I ordered was unfortunately delayed due to a USPS issue, and timing was especially important since I needed it ahead of an upcoming surgery.
That said, the vendor handled the situation exceptionally well. They were proactive in their communication, issued a full refund without hesitation, and even told me I didn’t need to return the product when it eventually arrives. That level of trust and customer care is rare.
While the shipping delay was outside their control, their response more than made up for it. I would absolutely consider ordering from them again based on how professionally and generously they handled the situation.

Sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet! It was carefully packed and handed to USPS on Tuesday morning, April 15, via USPS Ground Advantage. Sometimes USPS skips an acceptance scan, which can make tracking look inactive even while the package is on the move. Based on standard transit times, delivery should be very soon. I’ll be reaching out to you directly with details about your order and will make sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction. Thanks for your patience — I stand behind every order 100%. Chad
4/21/26 Updated Reply:
Hi Amy, I wanted to provide a quick update. I’ve now filed an official USPS Missing Mail Search for your package using all shipment details and photos from when it was packed. This forces USPS to locate the parcel even if it missed the initial acceptance scan. I’ve also emailed you directly with screenshots of the submission so you can see exactly what was filed on your behalf.
Based on USPS transit patterns, it’s still very likely that your package is simply delayed in their system and hasn’t been scanned properly yet — this unfortunately happens with Ground Advantage, especially on long‑distance routes. Once USPS performs the next scan, tracking will update automatically. While this delay is completely outside my control, I’m continuing to monitor it closely and will ensure it's fully resolved for you.
Thank you again for your patience — I stand behind every order and I’m here to help until this is sorted out.

4/24/26: Thank you so much for taking the time to update your review — I really appreciate it. I’m glad we were able to work through the USPS delay together and make sure you had what you needed in time for your surgery.
Shipping issues like this are frustrating for everyone, especially when timing matters, but I’m grateful for your patience and communication throughout the process. I always do my best to step in when carriers fall short, and I’m glad the resolution felt fair and supportive on your end.
Wishing you a smooth recovery. If you ever need anything in the future, I’m here to help.
