En lisant les commentaires je m’aperçois que je ne suis pas la seule malheureusement à m’être faite arnaquée 😡Véhicule différent de la réservation, état des lieux contesté, caution intégrale prise sans justification. Salariée qui nous insulte! Entreprise abusive et malhonnête. À éviter absolument.

Fantástica experiencia, el coche estaba en un estado de 10, sin defectos y como nuevo. Tanto entrega como devolución fueron rápidos y con Redpack incluye un seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia ni depósito lo que te da mucha tranquilidad. Repetiré cuando vuelva a Mallorca.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Moov Rent A Car.

First, the car handover was problematic. The employee arrived almost one hour late at night. Instead of the Skoda automatic that I had reserved and paid for, I was initially given a Mitsubishi Space Star in average condition, with the explanation that we had booked a Kia Picanto — which was not correct. The next morning (which disrupted our plans), the correct Skoda automatic was delivered.

At that point, further issues began. My credit card was declined, even though it is a standard embossed credit card that works everywhere else. Revolut payment also did not go through. As a result, I was required to pay the deposit via bank transfer.

The deposit amount was 1,375 EUR — a significant sum of money. I was clearly told that the refund would be processed within 10–20 days after returning the vehicle, and even faster because it was paid by transfer.

The vehicle was returned on time and without any damage, which was confirmed by the employee via WhatsApp. Despite this, 34 days have now passed and the deposit has still not been refunded.

I have received only brief and unclear responses suggesting that my bank details are being “forwarded between departments,” but no actual transfer has been made.

This situation is very stressful and disappointing, especially during what was supposed to be a family holiday. I strongly encourage future customers to carefully review all terms and check independent reviews before booking.

Since today still no answer or payment from the company.

Since today still nothing refunded of any deposits for me but also other customers together with me.
Is there any way to finish this period and have our money back?

This has really nothing to do with any package and/or insurance; this is called service which you don't have experience with. Plus how can you talk about a team when you work individual. Such a joke I hope you'll find another business which suits you better. Good luck anyhow, i won't come back to you.

I can write a long story, but please rent at professional companies instead of this start-up store. Check-in AND return one hour+ waiting even when you whatsapp in advance. High deposits and high fees for full fuel to pay in advance. They advise to leave the car behind with keys in the car too?!?

Again, think twice when your rent here.

We rented a 2022–2023 Skoda Fabia during our vacation in Palma de Mallorca and were extremely pleased with the experience! The car was in great condition, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for exploring the island. The rental process was quick, smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. We totally recommend this company and highly suggest choosing the Red Pack, it made everything even easier and worry-free.

Alquilamos un coche al cabo de 3 meses nos dicen que nos va a llegar una multa por entrar en zona residente y por echarnos una multa que no conocemos el sitio nos cobra 45€ a parte de la multa un abuso vamos

Présence d’un AirTag dans la voiture sans que l’on soit au courant (nous étions deux filles), quand nous leur avons demandé au moment de la rendre ils ont niés puis avoué quand on leur a dit qu’on avait reçu la notification , caution prélevée dès le premier jour (2750€ mentionné nul part sauf une fois la voiture louée). Ça fait un mois et demi et la caution ne m’a toujours pas été rendue. Malgré plein de mail et de message whatsapp, ils font les morts.
Prenez plus cher mais plus honnête !

Location du 16 au 19 octobre 2025.
Caution de 2 750 € prélevée dès le premier jour.
Le contrat dit : remboursement sous 30 jours ou envoi d’une facture en cas de dommages.

Aujourd’hui 29 novembre : aucun remboursement, aucune facture, aucune réponse.
WhatsApp lu, silence total. E-mails ignorés.

Résultat : le prix réel de la location = le montant de la caution, puisqu’ils ne la rendent jamais.
À fuir absolument — surtout Blue Pack / Green Pack = piège.

Zahlt selbst nach einem Monat die Kaution in Höhe von 2000,00€ nicht zurück.

The same experience as many with a deposit scam. They have the unfortunate habit of not making the difference between deposit and payment.
€2,750 since August 25 on their account. A few emails to thank us for being patient. I have referred the matter to the European Consumer Council.
I am waiting in vain for my money.
It's a scandal.
The worst of all is that they did this to our son for his first trip abroad. A thug mentality.
So forget the note they had to buy on Google

A mi amiga Le retuvieron la fianza sin justificación. OJO mejor no lo contrates ve a otro sitio. OJO QUE POCA VERGÜENZA... ENCIMA CACHONDEO?

Faites attention, nous venons de vivre une très mauvaise expérience.... Annulation de notre location 1heure avant notre arrivée a Palma. Nous avons vu notre mail au moment de récupérer nos bagages. La voiture avait sois disant été accidenté et aucune solution nous a été proposé !!! Nous laissant comme des c*** avec notre enfants en bas âge . Je vous déconseille c'est escrocs

Experiencia muy negativa – Depósito retenido sin justificación

Alquilé un coche con Moov Rent a Car / Tomitni Cars (Mallorca) con el contrato N. 5639 y el paquete GreenPack. Me retuvieron un depósito de 1.375 €, pagado el 5 de octubre de 2025.

El coche fue devuelto el 8 de octubre de 2025 (en autodevolucion por desición de ellos) y recibí un correo a las 18:23 con el mensaje “El procedimiento de devolución se ha realizado con éxito” y un contrato donde no figuraban daños nuevos.
Una hora más tarde (19:15), la empresa me envió otro contrato distinto, esta vez marcando supuestos rasguños que antes no estaban.
Nunca firmé ningún documento — ni presencial ni digitalmente — y ambos contratos me llegaron por correo después de la devolución.

He solicitado pruebas (fotografía con el coche limpio, video o factura del taller) y su única respuesta fue: “el contrato que prevalece es el de la firma remota, no es tierra acumulada es claramente un rasguño.”
Sin embargo, no existe ninguna firma mía ni evidencia válida de daño, y a la fecha siguen sin devolverme el depósito.

Un proceso totalmente opaco y poco profesional.
Recomiendo no alquilar con esta empresa y documentar todo con fotos y video si lo hacen.

Stay away from this place. They took a 2,750 euro deposit and still haven't returned it. The car was returned on August 8th, 40 business days have passed. I asked them to provide information about when the money was returned so I could contact my bank and Stripe; maybe the problem is on their end. They've been silent, and they don't respond to messages or emails.

Guys, so far it was the best experience with renting a car. I felt like premium customer from the beginning. Really.

Moov are doing great work. This was so far my best experience with car renting.
No crazy contracts, perfect (I do not fear) insurance. Great communication.

Also clean nice working car. With almost none waiting for pickup.

I have read other one star reviews and must say, that i do not understand that.

1) Deposit is blocked by a bank not car rental company for most of the time, so Moov is not responsible for most of that

2) We used the full insurance (for the fair price in my opinion) and we had no problems at all, no deposits, no nothing, no fear of anything. Everything was seamless.

3) My message to Moov - I do not know car rental market, but maybe change your offer only to a renting with full coverage insurance to avoid one star reviews and annoying customers.
