We gave this platform an abundance of patience, but their team has proven utterly incompetent. Having attempted to launch 2 separate companies on the platform, both of our accounts were flagged and frozen due to "compliance concerns," despite the fact that we hadn't even taken any actions within the platform to trigger a flag. We have less than a 1% unsubscribe rate, more than a 50% open rate, and do not send spam. Regardless, Moosend's customer support team refused to address the issue. With one of our companies, they straight up told us we weren't allowed to use the platform, even without having created a single campaign. With the other company, our account was flagged and re-frozen almost every campaign run. After un-freezing it, Moosend still could not specify the reason for the freezing. The company clearly does not value customer service or experience. Needless to say, campaign management platforms are a saturated market, so there's no need for us to put up with this bull. We've taken our business to a more competent platform - and I recommend you save yourself the headache and do the same.

I have been using Moosend for the past 8+ years. I am thoroughly impressed with the platform's ability to deliver emails seamlessly and quickly, and its customer support is top-notch.

Moosend's deliverability rate is excellent, and I have never experienced any issues with emails ending up in spam folders.
The platform also ensures that emails are sent out promptly, which is crucial for effective email marketing campaigns.

What sets Moosend apart, in my opinion, is its customer support team.
They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions, and they have consistently provided me with prompt and effective solutions to my queries.

Overall, I highly recommend Moosend for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient email marketing platform that values customer satisfaction.

I worked with Matt from the outreach team and had a fantastic experience! I was looking for a platform that had the capabilities to support my Enterprise needs for a lower cost as I have been with Klayvio for years. I was shown a demo of how easy the platform is to use and then allowed to test the account myself for a month where I found no issues. I have been using the platform for the last few months and I love it!

Moosend has everything I was looking for in an ESP. I like simple and easy-to-use platforms and -believe me- I've tried lots of their competitors over the years but I was never as happy as I am now with Moosend!

I'm not a designer but their templates saved me lots of time, my open rates have been increased due to their A/B testing campaigns & Refine (an awesome SL testing feature they offer). Also, they provide me with a huge amount of triggers and audience segmentation options so I can target the right audience at the right time through their automations. Until now, I have nothing negative to say!

Moosend is great!
The editor is very easy to use and there are plenty of beautiful template designs!
Support is always willing to help at any time.

I only wish I had seen the 2-star rating here before switching from MailChimp to Moosend. After spending a significant amount of time transferring my list and creating new templates, my first campaign went fine. Then after my second campaign, they suspended my account and prevented me from using the service. Customer service was useless to the point I believe the whole thing may be a scam. They will take your money and provide no product. I had to reach out to my credit card company to resolve the issue.

It's absolute garbage, I don't know how they are still in business! Difficult to use, the templates don't save, and the "help" is utterly helpless. I've wasted hours trying to get a simple subscribe form to work.

Easy to use, and love the drag-and-drop editor. I would charge more for what's offered.

Moosend is really easy to use and the support team have been great. I'm a little surprised with some of the comments below. Never had any issues.

I tryed the app and all of may mail go in the spam folder. They don't give refunds. They will lie to you for 1 month and say that your request is send to the financial team and after that they will say that you are not eligible any more for refunds.

Signed up for a trial account and forgot about it. Came back a couple months later, couldn't even log in. Contacted support, I'm told my account was locked down by compliance for some unsavory activity.

I never received notice previously that something had gone awry. Back and forth with support and compliance several times, I still can't get a clear answer on what happened. Was accused of spamming, but no details, only that it was really bad and was grounds to immediately shut down the account. Am told that giving me details would reveal their methods. So I'm left with "You're bad and we won't say why." I had literally never so much as poked around the website. So just "something bad happened and we won't tell you what. Just don't do it again" and vague advice about not buying mailing lists.

I'm told they'll give me a second chance, against the manager's wishes, and to use a different email address, start adding subscribers, and that my account will be locked from sending until they're satisfied my proposed email campaign is up to standard. I start setting up a form, and it won't even register my test subscription of my own email, even when the form says it was successfully added.

Have no confidence in their team, their internal security (how did something bad happen in my account?), or the veracity of their product. Might I get locked down in the future for something I didn't do? No idea! Also confused why I *have* to connect my own domain to send emails, as this doesn't seem to be the case with many email marketing services.

Absolutely disgusting company. SCAMMERS. So basically I made an account with them 13 months ago and stopped using them instantly since I didn’t find any good use in it. Sent them an email to cancel the membership but they don’t cancel it and I was charged 13 times. But this is not all! Then I created another account with another email but almost identical data, they went to do the verification of my account and found that “I don’t pass their verification” and said they can’t open an account for me. Maybe they realised I have an account that I forgot about and getting charged for it so they decided not to open a new one to avoid me realising they have been charging 13 months for another non active account. Of course they refused to refund any of the 13 charged on my card. They said if I pay Netflix then here it’s the same… lol. this b2b not b2c big difference! Basically scammy company, I don’t recommend

I was so happy I found Moosend with my first business when I was using their "free forever" plan. Fast forward to today and apparently "forever" means a very different thing to Moosend as it does to the rest of the world. I've set up an account with my new business, expecting the same as with my old one and after a "free trial" - apparently what "free FOREVER" used to be, and after that trial I can no longer access any data. MY data is now behind a paywall. Massively unethical and customer service couldn't be happier with themselves about this terrible business practice. The agent I spoke to had a horrible attitude. Don't trust these people with your data.

Very Bad Experience
I usually never write any review, but this time I will. I was testing the free trial, ready to pay the month after if it was good. Wrote all my newsletter for my association, and then when i was about to send it they just cut me out. Like that. Without any explications. I had to wait two days to have a contact, and they told me that I was spamming and people complained (but NO ONE could received anything since i was not able to send it). However they didn't even try to make me recover my work, or anything not even an apologize. Very bad customers service. I should have read the reviews before. It is indeed a famous plateform if you have luck to not be ban and blocked without any valuable reason. Don't trust them. Loosing some hard work is never nice.

terrible service, uploaded my email list. I was emailed saying I couldn't email people because I didn't has a DNS so i canceled and asked for a refund and was decline. truly a horrible business model !

Signed up for their 'free forever' account for a new small list until it grows large enough to support a paid plan. A few short months later, Moosend shuttered the 'free forever' plan and locked us out. Bait and switch...should've guessed. Ironically, they never even send an email to let customers know about the change. Guess 'forever' has a different meaning for them.
