I have had two amazing experiences buying from Moonstone and Sage ✨ The jewellery is absolutely exquisite ✨ The packaging is so beautiful ✨Customer experience is exemplary - I messaged at 3:15pm to ask when orders placed that day would be dispatched, I received a lovely helpful message minutes later, I placed my order at 4:15pm, it was dispatched next day delivery at 4:30pm and I was wearing it by 12pm the next day! Every interaction from customer service has been so warm, kind and helpful ❤️ Love this business ❤️

The ring is stunning, the representation was stunning and delivery quick. However a big but... The silver ring is SO ridiculously soft that just getting the label off bent it! And also it just doesn't hold its shape! It keeps opening on my finger and constantly becoming too loose. Silver just shouldn't be so ridiculously soft.

10/10 service. My mum bought me the olive grove moss agate ring for my 30th as a keepsake and I’m in love with it! It was unfortunately a couple sizes too big so I asked if I could exchange for smaller size, no problem had it back perfect size within a week. I got a ring from M&S recently and I was blown away. It's absolutely stunning, high quality jewellery and the customer service was great. Postage was very fast. I had to return my ring for a smaller size and Lucy & Lani sorted this for me so quickly and easily. Thank you so much!

The ring that I had received chipped the first day I wore it. When I contacted the company, they were very quick in their response. They apologised and send me a replacement ring. The 4 stars are for Lucy and her impeccable customer service. I hope this ring lasts longer than the first one.

This company provides beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service.
Recently brought my partner a sandstone promise ring, the packaging, box and product were brilliant, unfortunately I picked the wrong size but Lucy from moonstone and sage paid for the products return and outgoing delivery with the correct size. A pleasure of a company to deal with, will purchase again and definitely recommend.

Beautiful jewellery and top customer service.
I placed two orders within minutes of each other, and made an address error with the latter.
10 minutes later I received a message from Lucy asking for clarity on the address.
Received the gifts for my wife 2 days later.
She loves them.

Found the perfect ring on the website but ordered in the wrong size. Messaged via Facebook and the customer service was second to none. Talked me through all of the options with the main focus being to get the replacement by Christmas. Three days later it was here. Would 100% recommend this company. The jewellery is beautiful and again, the customer service is brilliant .

This is not good quality jewellery. Broke after three weeks wear and tried to imply I'd broken the ring by some serious impact. I think I'd know if I had. The underside frame of the ring sheared in half. If it had been caught, the claws would have been damaged too, not just the bit closes to my finger. Solid sterling silver does not just break like this.

Contacted company and Just got repeated messages that no others in the batch were faulty and it's my fault.

I'm an honest person, the ring has not been knocked, suffered impact and the claws holding the stone are still perfectly intact and where it has broken, shows these are weak and poorly made.

I'm very disappointed with how I've been treated. An offer of 50% off a replacement ring is not good enough. A replacement ring should be offered for so little time being worn.

I'm sorry, I won't return to buy any other jewellery unless I get a full replacement and my faith can be restored in the quality of these items. Shame as like supporting new business and not the great big jewellers, but this bad experience tells me the bigger companies are better to deal with when things go wrong.

Purchased a ring from Moonstone And Sage recently as an engagement ring and my partner was over the moon with it and absolutely loved the design, I would certainly consider purchasing from them again.
