The product shipped fast and easy. The items were neatly packed in the box. My only complaint was that I ordered the deluxe kit to get the rechargeable uv light but the button broke during the first use. Otherwise I love the gem!

Website states its a business in Edinburgh but its not its sent from China to the UK took over a month to arrive, emailed them and told them I thought I was supporting a small business from Scotland and they apologised and said they would make it right.. still havent heard back that was 2 months ago. Customer service is shocking and doubt ill order again from them, ill just order directly from China and save some money as its not cheap from them.

Great kit! Loved the butterfly gems. Delivery takes a little while

Came with clear instructions on how to apply, so far gems are staying on well, but the white pencil for picking gems was useless I ended up using tweezers. Lack of tracking information and rather slow delivery given it is dispatched from uk.

Very easy to apply but i would like there to be more adhesive glue

Delivery was pretty quick, and the instructions and method were clear and fairly simple. I've had mine on for a couple of weeks and I have lost a couple gems, but I think that's more user error, as I didn't add any extra adhesive to make them more secure. Either way they look super cool, and I've been getting lots of compliments on them 😝

The star gem isn't as defined as the picture on its advertisement page :( everything els is good and staying on, would recommend still

The free star one with the kit was a big chunky but so far very happy with Everything Else.

Great gems, the kits work great and have lasted me up to 5 weeks per gem

Looks sooo good and was absolutely easy to work with! Only thing was the applicators of the glue and base, it was a little bit tricky to put them on the teeth. Thank you! I will order again 😍

Came pretty quickly, instructions pretty clear & well packaged. Unfortunately mine came off day after applying but unsure if it is my fault as I mightnt have done it right !

Delivery was standard. Gem felt extremely secure. Didn’t feel like it was just going to fall off. Would absolutely recommend!
