It's almost the anniversary of the review I left after Moonpig delivered my son's 21st birthday card late. Due to distance I don't get to see my son so that one mattered. It made me realise that using a service like Moonpig was wrong. Impersonal just as their customer services were when I complained about it being late. We'll this year I hand made the card from scratch and posted it. Moments ago I got a thank you message. Maybe moonpig actually did me a favour and reminded me that the personal touch keeps me close to my son and deleting the account was the best thing I did. Happy Birthday son... Good to know you got the card son. On the correct day...
Cancelled my card ..why?
Ordered a fathers day card and today got email saying they had cancelled the order but popped it back into my basket 🤷♀️
Contacted them on live chat and was told yes it had been cancelled and re put in my basket....why???
I really dont know whats happened to this company but looking at other reviews there clearly is a big issue within the company.
So I would spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

£30 for some tiny flowers!!! You’re having a laugh!! There’s convenience and then there’s this!! Surely nobody is daft enough to pay these prices! Just order an actual bouquet from the local florist and get more for your money. What a joke
Late order, out of pocket.
Ordered 3 cards for my daughter’s birthday. Paid extortionate delivery fees for 1-3 days delivery (why the postage couldn’t be combined I have no idea).
Cards arrived 4 days later, missed my daughter’s birthday so the cards are now useless. Plus I am further out of pocket as I have to buy replacements. Moonpig finally agreed to refund £6 postage and added £10 credit to my account but refused to refund any more. Poor served from such a prestigious company.
I won’t be ordering from them again!

Tragic, no way am I using again. I ordered a sweats jar for my friend . There is nothing in the picture to say its vegan and they came as vegan. They were also about to go out of date. I asked for a replacement with non vegan sweats that don't go out of date. They send the same product with the same date. Third compaint , they resent the same again. I noticed in the email confirmation and quickly contacted to cancel and ask for a refund. Mistakes happen but this would be total incompetancy that most people don't have time for.

My wifes flowers arrived on Saturday in readiness for Mothers Day yet upon opening them many were badly wilted and 2 were dead. Dreadfully disappointing and clearly the flowers should not have been sent out. That said it could have been a one off so with this in mind I attempted to raise the issue with Customer Services, but this is where it all went wrong. There being no telephone ability to speak to a human is my first issue. Bots and Chat my be fashionable for general Q&As but for complaints or issues that require genuine Customer Service the system was hopeless. Three separate attempts to resolve the issue with a replacement were attempted and each one took 40mins or so of waiting around whilst (the first 2 ceased when the feed dropped) the Agent/Chat Bot dealt with numerous other customers simultaneously. I really did waste a lot of my time for very little as the eventual resolve was a different bouquet priced at £45. Ok in principle but when it arrived it was a small box of chocolates along with a pathetic excuse for a bunch of flowers that didnt even measure up to that which I could have purchased from a supermarket for maybe £7.50. It seems to me that yet again proft, profit, profit, is the only focus. Intangible items such as Customer Service and Satisfaction are clearly not even on the radar. Very disappointing for my wife.
Pathetic. Couldn't run a bath
Pathetic. They offered a one off 40% discount if I added 3 reminders to my account which I did. The code never arrived and wasn't emailed or added to my account. Contacting them was very difficult, waiting on their live chat for too long. After typing messages to and fro for half an hour they informed me that the offer was for Ireland only! Brilliant. Not. So I have just closed my account with them. I can do without this joke of a card company. Going to post my own cards from now on.

Ok so I paid for the 9.99 a year fee Postage, this apparently also includes a ‘free’ Post card each month! I never ordered a post card In the first year (yes my fault) so apparently I saved £8 the first year. £1.99 more than if I’d just paid postage! So it auto renewed which I didn’t agree to, it must have been buried in the small print. Once I got notified I was paying again it was too late to cancel, I tried to order a ‘free post card’ but alas no, I had to pay 2.49 postage. I strongly recommend if you use this company you don’t subscribe.

I paid £57 for Moonpig card
I paid £57 for Moonpig card, flowers and toblerone. The delivery was booked for 4th of April. The card and flowers arrived on the 2nd. The flowers look nothing like the image - I know they are not completely out but the colour is wrong and the amount is half of what would be needed to achieve the what is in the image. There is no sign of the toblerone. Quite disgusted - will not shop at Moonpig again.

I have made some lovely Moonpig cards . I was looking at the Easter cards and was surprised to find an offensive one with an obvious image of Christ on it.

Ordered flowers and a card for Mothers Day. Paid for delivery for the 30th March 2025.... received the flowers 4 days early and waiting for the card. The website is useless and is not clear on delivery, the customer service is useless. They do not understand the importance of why we order for specific dates. Moonpig are unaccomodating and just offered me a refund on the delivery cost...Useless service ... will never use them again !!

Moonpig might make you a saving offer when you buy from them. This leads to a subscription with a bunch of scammers called completesave.com and you suddenly have a subscription with them for £18 a month which you didn't know about.
I'm closing my account with moonpig today and will never use them again
