You didn’t deliver and let me down badly! I had to chase the order up myself to find out they weren’t going to be delivered and then had to contact you to get a refund. So disappointed!

This is the second time you have asked me to rate a product you have not even delivered yet!!! If this is being done by AI then no one need fear for their jobs. And you need not bother to expect me to ever use your services again with all this stupid time wasting.
My daughter in law loved them!

This was supposed to have been delivered yesterday on my mother's birthday. According to DPD it's still in their depot. I won't be using Moonpig ever again.
