We're ecstatic to hear that you loved your experience with us! Thanks so much for your wonderful feedback. We can't wait to welcome you back soon! 😊
You sent the recipient a card intended for another customer's recipient. This mistake was only picked up when our recipient reached out to Moonpig. We still had to pay for the card despite it arriving late.
