Worst product that broke my ipod motherboard. The connector pins are way too thick which broke the brown latchvthat holds everything together. On top of that nothing sits flush and even though I tried to really push in the elements in the kit the 30 pins connector doesnt align with the cut for it.
Sent an email asking for clarification on compatibility with other storage adapters as the only official one listed as supported, the imCort adapter, has been out of stock on their website every time I have looked, and finding it anywhere else legitimately has been extremely difficult. Didn't recieve a response until 3 weeks later repeating that the imCort adapter is the official supported adapter (which I already knew, as I had literally stated it in my email) and didn't give any reputable links I could order it from instead. I would really love to have a Classic Connect 2, but this really lowered my confidence and I've just decided it's not worth it. If I'm to spend upwards of 200+ on this mod, I would at least like to have adequate assistance in sourcing the correct parts if they cannot be included.
Hi all, I have purchased the classic connect and some parts which I needed.The customer service provided was great - all my queries were answered quickly and sufficiently. The products arrived in excellent pristine condition. As some other reviewers mentioned the product took a bit longer to come but I had no problem waiting as I received prior communication. Overall good service and product.
Support is lackluster, and they simply don't give a crap. They are so lost in the weeds when it comes to inventory and shipments. No follow-up, no apology, no crap given. Don't care about customers!
Update: Nukymaster on Discord helped get things sorted out, actually listened to the customer, and helped account for the delay and experience and make a difference; that's a great way to turn the experience and make things better.
Het slechtste bedrijf wat er bestaat. Ik heb al 3 maanden geleden iets besteld en heb niks ontvangen. Ik heb al meerdere keren contact gehad en daarin werd mij beloofd dat mijn bestelling opnieuw gestuurd zou worden. Dit is echter nooit gedaan. Na 5x de zelfde beloftes te krijgen ben ik er helemaal klaar mee.
