Do a return is almost impossible. On a 179€ of order, if I want to send back, just for the shipping cost are almost 70€ from Italy. They do not offer a proper return policy.

They also publicise their curtains to reduce 16db of noise. It is not true at all! I did it at home with 40 Hz frequency sound and at most I had a reduction of 5db. It is a scam.

Bei meiner Bestellung stand 3-5 Arbeitstage als Lieferdatum. Am Montag hieß es dann auf einmal 3-5 Wochen Lieferzeit. Dann haben Sie meine Bestellung einfach storniert und danach ist der Artikel wieder lieferbar, mit einer Lieferzeit von 3-5 Arbeitstagen, aber er kostet fast 70 € mehr.

Les rideaux anti bruit ne passent pas en machine d’après le fabricant.Les pressings ne pouvant plus faire de lavage à sec car trop polluant, ils invitent les clients à faire un simple lavage doux. Les œillets n’ont pas du tout appréciés d’avoir été en contact avec l’eau. Taches de rouille sur rideaux blancs. J’ai été déçue.

Ich habe einen 140cm x 300cm Vorhang bestellt. Geliefert wurde leider ein 135 cm x 300 cm.

Poor customer service with returns. Take ages to reply and ‘ cannot find your order’ despite receiving the order and all confirmation emails. I cannot recommend and wish I’d ordered from an alternative company.

Lang levering - 4 måneder.
De virker ikke så godt som de påstår, men ikke så dårlige at jeg sender dem retur.
Finder nok et andet sted næste gang.

Der Vorhang hält nicht die versprochene Lärmdämmung ein. Als Deko geeignet.

I have been very happy with my curtains which are of excellent quality. I subsequently ordered a second set, which had a minor manufacturing error. When I pointed out the error, Moondream's customer service replied prompty offering to send a replacement, which I have now received, without charge. Very happy with the product and the service.

I ordered and received soundproofing curtains for the amount of 500 euros and they are, in my opinion, poor quality. I’ve decided to return them but the return postage is ridiculously high! I’ve asked the company for an alternative way of returning the products (since the shipment from their side cost much less) and they do not even reply. so far the experience is very negative: disappointing quality of the curtains, large return postage fees and inexistent customer service!

2+2 Vorhänge bestellt, jedoch nur 1+1 Vorhänge erhalten.
Auf dem Versandlabel war seitens Moondream das zu erwartende Versandgewicht (exakte kg Angabe !) korrekt berechnet, aufgedruckt und auch bezahlt worden, das echte, physikalisch verschickte Gewicht lag jedoch bei nur 50% des angekündigten Gewichtes. :-( Die genutzte Versandtasche war darüber hinaus so klein, das alle 2+2 Artikel gar nicht hinein gepasst hätten.
D.h. die Versandabteilung kann
a) nicht zählen oder die bestellte Anzahl nicht auf dem Packzettel finden und ist
b) darüber hinaus auch noch zu faul, - als Qualitätskontrolle, - das korrekt ausgerechnete und aufgedruckte, zu erwartende Versandgewicht zu kontrollieren. :-(
Den Rezessionen entnehme ich, das dies ein wiederkehrendes Problem ist. :-(
Die Reklamationsabteilung hat in diesem Fall aufgrund meiner Fotos von der viel zu kleinen Versandtasche nachgebessert.
Ich plane, wieder zu bestellen, werde aber vor dem Entgegennehmen des Paketes dessen Größe auf Plausibilität kontrollieren und vor dem Auspacken zusätzlich das Gewicht kontrollieren!
Die Moondream-Produkte sind gut, :-)
die Versandlogistik jedoch eine Katastrophe. :-(
Ich empfehle Moondream darüber hinaus, die Anzahl der bestellten Artikel auf den Packzetteln der Lageristen in Zukunft besser lesbar, also besser auffindbar zu drucken. (d.h. GRÖSSERER SCHRIFTSATZ UND FETT GEDRUCKTE ZAHLEN und die Zahlen nicht mitten im Text versteckt, SONDERN IN EINER EIGENEN SPALTE am Beginn der Zeile).

J’utilise les voilages thermiques depuis un an à Marseille. Mon appartement est exposé sud et j’ai vraiment senti la différence avec les voilages. Je ne suis plus obligée de fermer les volets.

J'ai acheté des rideaux en velours gris occultants.
Ces rideaux sont à la fois décoratifs et utiles pour me protéger du soleil.
J'en suis tout à fait satisfaite.

Acheté récemment, les rideaux occultants de cette marque bloquent totalement la lumière pour pouvoir dormir sans être gêné par la lumière extérieure. De plus le tissu est épais et a une très belle tenue ajoutant du style à la déco de ma chambre.

Do not order, this company is a joke and a scam.

We ordered some soundproof curtains for our office - after a month with nothing arriving we emailed them to see where our order was. They said that someone called "Chronopost" had lost the invoice. Right... Then they said they would send our order ASAP.

Another month goes by, still nothing. We email again to chase the order. They say they're sending it out straightaway. We get an email telling us that we owe £73 in import charges - NOWHERE was this advertised or made clear to us before we ordered.

So we're asking for a refund but judging by the reviews on here, I doubt that's coming.

Do not waste your time or your money.

J'ai acheté des rideaux thermiques il y a un an, j'en suis très satisfaite ! Ils sont de belle confection et j'ai vraiment gagné en confort en été.

Très bon rideau ! Magnifique rendu dans mon salon ! Cela amène un peu de chaleur dans ce temps bien gris

Plusieurs commandes passées sur le site français, pas de soucis. Produits qualités pro.
