Biggest load of Chinese sweat shop crap I’ve ever seen. They’ve charged me £50 for trousers that aren’t even worth 50p. They were extremely poor quality and no way near the correct size. They are making me pay for the return after the disinformation on their website.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam. Avoid it. The products are nothing like the pictures or description. Cheap, Chinese knockoffs that doesn't even resemble the photos

I specially ordered knitted casual blazer for my son who has tactile sensitivity . Now I should have checked the reviews here as I always do but this time I was just happy I found exactly what I was looking for ! Blazer I received it’s stiff and shiny , it has absolutely atrocious quality with fraying button holes ! Honestly Temu has better quality control ! It’s clearly their fault . Now I don’t care I will pay extra and I will return this thing no matter what .. actually I’m worried I will spend extra on sending this and they might not even refund me ! So I will have fun destroying this piece of utter c..p! This company it’s scam and how it’s even possible they are allowed to still sell their fake good ?!? They are clearly making huge amount of money on poor people as their prices aren’t great either ! Also to dispatch the blazer took like like 3weeks . I’m extremely disappointed I don’t have spare money to throw at scammer like this ! And my son is still without blazer for his school :( I’m furious also looking close on their website knowing they are not legitimate I can see all the pictures seems ai . I feel angry with my self too for allowing my self to fall for this when funds are tight .

This company is a scam. I should have read the reviews before ordering. After I ordered I managed to submit a cancel request within 24 hours and was told that I would be refunded in 5-10 working days. This has not happened and I have contacted them on numerous occasions.

Plz plz if you read these reviews do not buy anything from the company.An absolute scam is an understatement.Purchased a coat for £60 which eventually came after about 3-4 weeks probably from China.Cheap quality and nowhere near like the pictures on their website.Ordered size small adults and barely enough to fit a 10yr old and no size labels in the coat anywhere so that tells you all you need to know about this company.I’ve written my £60 off as a bad error of judgement on my side as I usually look at reviews before buying anything which in this case I didn’t.Steer well clear of the fraudulent company.

This appears to be a criminal operation and is a scam. Their business model appears to be as follows:
- sell cheap products made in china and advertise them as high quality (I ordered 'leather' shoes which were the wrong colour, not leather and smelled of chemicals
- claim that delivery will be around 5 days but it'll always take about 3 weeks as its from china, NOT THE NETHERLANDS
- customer asks for refund. They refuse to pay for it, despite the Consumer Rights act saying they must when the wrong items are delivered
- they offer partial refunds that gradually increase to around 60%
- they keep telling you that you must pay for the return postage so that you will be liable for any losses/damage in transit. I imagine they'll probably claim it was damaged and use this to not refund you.

This company is basically as scam. I ordered size 42 mens leather boots based on a photo of good quality looking leather boots. They sent me a pair of size 38 ladies boots made from fake leather and very poor quality plastic materials. I asked to return the product for a refund and after various offers of discounts finally told me they will refund me if I return the boots to an address in China, which will cost me a similar amount to the boots themselves. Even if I do find someone to wear the boots I doubt they will last more than a few weeks.

Items took ages to arrive and when they did they were really poor quality and even damaged. Tried to return them and it’s taken weeks, the return form doesn’t work so I can’t return them so having to settle for 30% refund and to keep the items which will be going straight to a charity shop. I’ll be very surprised if I get my 30% refund. DO NOT USE this website

I have been trying for months to get a refund and the company are failing to send me an address to return the items to - will never shop from here again and plan to escalate with the bank to resolve

This is Chinese company as it was sent return address to China. SAD!

Do not buy from this untrusted company. The website leads you to believe that they sell high quality, classy clothing but in reality the jacket I wanted was much cheaper elsewhere. The prices are over inflated for the poor quality of the product. The customer services are non-existent. I wanted a refund and nobody responded to my emails or phone calls. I was only lucky enough to get the money back from a dispute which my bank raised.

I honestly wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Monvaline.

The shoes I received were extremely poor quality and absolutely not worth what I paid. They looked nothing like the standard I expected from the website.

The website states delivery in around 5 days — mine took THREE WEEKS to arrive. That alone was incredibly frustrating.

Then comes the worst part: I wanted to return them, only to discover I would have to pay over £27 just to send them back. So I’m left with poor-quality shoes, a ridiculously long delivery time and an extortionate return cost.

I contacted customer service hoping they would actually take responsibility and offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was left extremely disappointed with the response.

I have now asked for at least a 50% refund as a compromise because I shouldn’t have to be seriously out of pocket because of a product and service that have been so disappointing.

🚨 FINAL WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My experience has been poor quality, a delivery that took THREE WEEKS instead of the advertised 5 days, and a £27+ return cost. If you’re thinking about ordering from Monvaline, READ THE REVIEWS FIRST AND THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY. I certainly would not order from them again.

Ordered two overshirts. Both described on the website as soft brushed cotton, but what I received was cheap and contained a label saying 100% polyester.

Had exactly the same experience as many other reviewers. Monvaline refused to cover the return shipping costs, despite the garments not being as described. Instead they offered me increasing levels of discount to keep the items - clearly they knew they were substandard and didn’t want them back.

In the end, I spoke to my credit card company (American Express) who were incredibly helpful, allowed me to dispute the charge on the basis of the items clearly not being as described, and refunded me all of my money directly. Would urge others to do the same via your debit or credit card companies.

I wanted to give no stars because this company is absolutely diabolical. I ordered a dress which had a faulty zipper on it and couldn’t be used and they insisted on me keeping the dress when I asked for a refund and wanted to return it with just a small discount of what I’ve been paid. When I refused to keep the dress and asked for the return details and I return form, they kept emailing me saying they need a confirmation of the condition of the dress and they wouldn’t give me the returns address until it had gone through their acceptance & return policy and assessment. I returned the address to the return address on the parcel that I had received and sent them photo graphic evidence of the postage I pay and the parcel I sent back and I am still trying to get my money back as they are saying, they won’t accept it it as it isn’t the address that they would have given me to return it to because I didn’t wait for their acceptance of this return! This is a scam company With very poor quality clothing do not use them as they rip you off.

SCAM!!! I wish I checked the reviews online before ordering. The quality is TERRIBLE and looks NOTHING like the pictures. Getting a refund is a nightmare- I haven’t received one! £60 for a dress that looks like it’s worth 10p. Absolute garbage. I believe they steal pictures from legitimate websites and scam you out of your money. This company needs closing down

NEVER use this company, it’s a scam! They also have another company called Becket London - also a scam!!

Wish I had read the reviews. In the process of returning. Been a nightmare. They have an obscure 24 hour cancellation policy when the UK International Consumer Centre website states UK customers usually have a 14 day cancellation right even without having to give a reason for online orders. If companies make an exception to this, the onus is on them to make that clear. They don't make that clear at any point during the purchase process, and only have a short reference to it in their FAQ. I've repeatedly questioned Monvaline about their 24 hour cancellation policy, but they have completely ignored this.

In addition, I cancelled well before they began to prepare the order. They could easily have cancelled. They managed to cancel a duplicate order, so it is possible. They ignored me and shipped out the order anyway knowing I'd be lumbered with return costs. Even more concerning: they changed the order history saying 'order ready' the day after I ordered, which was not the case. I'd taken a screenshot as evidence that I cancelled on time when the status was still just 'information received'. Crafty. I've repeatedly asked them who changed the order history and why. Again, constantly ignored.

Don't bother trying to ring their Netherlands number as I did; it doesn't work. No surprise there.

I have no idea how this company is getting away with treating UK customers so appallingly. I'm still in the process of involving UK International Consumer Centre. If I don't sort this, I really hope some hero out there can take this company to task because it's wild that they get away with so much. Unbelievable.

The only reason I have given one star is because I can’t give zero stars.
This is a terrible company I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for £56 and they were so badly made pins sticking out and I’ve never seen anything so cheaply made.
I requested a return they kept offering bigger discounts until we go to 50% but even if free they are no good for use.
Wouldn’t give me return address unless I took full responsibility for the return not just the cost of return but if they went missing in transit!.
I refused to accept and asked my bank for a charge back.
Do not buy from them.

Do not use this company. I ordered a dress - it was so poorly made that through the seam at the back the inside of the fabric showed through - this was a different colour. So in the middle of the back of the navy dress there was a white streak at the seam. The fabric was cheap, shiny with a different colour inside and out. I have been requesting information to return the item (at my own cost) so I can be issued a full refund for 7 weeks and have still not received the information. I have been offered partial refunds only - but the dress is unwearable. The customer service is appalling and the product quality dire.
