I use the Profit Surge program to learn how to place option trades, how to read charts to pick trades, and this includes alerts. Nate Bear is down to earth, easy to understand and a great teacher. It's a good value for the cost. I also just started Matt McCall's Innovation report, so far, it's very informative.

Over the years Monument Traders Alliance continues to add to their offering to accommodate different types of traders. Corporately they are a combined wealth of knowledge, expertise and confidence. With a heart to help the little person so to speak, they are a valuable resource to learn as a beginner as well as learn from the many well seasoned individual experts in the chatroom. There goal is that all members become great at trading options as the main emphasis and increase their portfolios. It takes time and patience to learn and I am not convinced all new members over the years have been open to this and end up bitter. I have been a member for 6.5 years and I highly trust the advice.

Not Enough Guidance on Managing Open Trades
I only have a 49% win rate with PST. I find that I am stopping out of many trades while Nate SELDOM reports on closing out trades for losses. With a win rate in the 70s%, he must have some but we, again, seldom get stop out alerts. We're more likely to get "buying more to trade out" alerts. For newer options traders like there are in PST, these are higher risk adds on low delta options. For example today he added to GTLB, which we opened at $3.10, at $0.95 on a .25 delta option. If we were going to add, it might have been good to do so on the way down, not after we were already down 70% and received ZERO updates. In summary PST doesn't provide enough guidance on managing open trades before they become big to near total losses.
Nate is a good teacher of technical analysis, and PST is a low cost service.

Hey Jeff,
Thanks for the feedback here. Depending on the situation, Nate will often let his cheap "lotto"-style trades ride, and he usually will communicate his intent on the live stream or within the entry alert.
He also gives updates during the livestreams.
This is good feedback, though, and we can try to be clearer in these scenarios.
