The Monterey Company, Inc. Arvostelua

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I made an inquiry, the communication and service were exceptional. Eric Turney, my sales manager, was incredibly patient, insightful, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I got exactly what I envisioned for our fundraising event.

We ordered pins, and they turned out to be a fantastic investment—the pins not only covered their cost but also brought in an amazing profit. The quality of the pins was top-notch, and they truly exceeded our expectations.

We’ve definitely found our go-to vendor and are thrilled with both the customer service and the quality of the products. Highly recommend!

I had an international trip that I needed some custom keychain gifts made for and the whole process was very streamlined and fast. I was able to speak directly to someone who fielded all my questions and was able to get my design proofed and into production in a matter of days. The finished keychains arrived in time ahead of my flight and looked great.

There were some varying degrees of the finished polish on a number of the keychains but the contact I had been working with was extremely helpful and got me a whole new batch of keychains produced and sent out to me for no additional cost.

I’ll definitely be using them again. Really appreciate Eric going above and beyond.

We had a great experience with The Monterey Company. We reached out wanting a very specific design and Josh made it happen. We will definitely be using them for more moving forward

Reliable, amazing quality goods. We are return customers and have made many items with The Monterey Co. Eric is great!

Third year in a row working with Eric on racing medals for the Fall Festival 5k. Great job during the initial design with ideas and communication. Since the design has been locked down it is easy to get the ribbon color and text changed each following year. Friendly, fast, and affordable

Excellent customer service; all questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The hats we ordered turned out perfect!

Monterey Company makes amazing patches. As a former military guy, patches become a part of your life... whether you wear them everyday or have them made to commemorate a particular deployment or an exercise. And nobody makes them better than these folks!!
The details of the graphics are amazing and the construction is superb. Thank you for being awesome and providing an even more awesome product. 💯💣

They made the process so easy and seamless!!! The final product was amazing and everything we wanted!!! shipping was quick! I highly recommend using The Monterey Co. for your needs!!

The absolute best company to work with on a custom project. Josh made it super easy to take our vision for a zipper pull charm to fruition. They even made great suggestions on how to make our artwork look best in our choices of antiques bronze and antiques silver. Our guests love them. Thank you Josh Knowles and the Monterey Company. Looking forward to our next order.

I am new in this position and Eric has been so patient with me which I am grateful! Customer service is great.

Good communication and easy to work with through revisions. Product arrived promptly and looked sharp.

I recently ordered a set of custom hats from The Monterey Company, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. We needed a re-order of the hats they made for us last year, and the process was incredibly smooth. Eric Turney, our sales rep, was super helpful and accommodating, making sure everything went perfectly. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of the hats is top-notch. Highly recommend The Monterey Company and Eric for any custom hat needs!

Great customer service! Quick response times and excellent products.

Eric & team did an awesome job and were easy to work with.

We did a couple of different medals for youth track and field events -- one was PVC and the other pewter/metal. Both came out awesome and the kids loved them!

Super communicative, very patient, great back and forth with the proof, and fantastic quality of the finished product (personalized coins). Highly recommend!!

Amazing coins, top notch quality!!Eric was amazing, great communication and help with the design!!!Im so happy and can't wait to order new designs!

I appreciate the attentive and quick service that Eric T. has provided to me on behalf of my client. He's great at coming up with solutions for our needs and with quality products that get shipped quickly. Nice job!

Final design looked great but did not include a design element that was discussed. Product also came with zero instructions on application therefore required trial and error to establish heat times and temperatures.

I was impressed with the customer service I received in placing my first order with The Monterey Co., very helpful in all aspects of the order process and the prices wee fantastic.

Josh explained all of the options and helped to determine what our goal for the piece was and how to best achieve our look. He made the process extremely simple. Shipping was faster than promised and the charms turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly how I imagined!
