The whole experience was completely stress free. The communication was above and beyond, even messaging to say they were about 30 minutes away. They were excellent communicators, sent them pictures and general description of items they quoted within the hour agreed collection day and time slot. On day of collection one of the crew members phoned to update an earlier collection. Everything removed and left tidy.
