A great company with great teamwork for them. Dropped off on time and set up very quickly. Was even flexible moving the bouncy castle from inside to outside once we realised it wasn’t going to work inside. Friendly team collected on time with no issues or hassles. second time that we’ve used the company and will be using it again in future.

Delivery was on time and set up was quick and professional. Communication was good and we were very satisfied with the bouncy castle we received. We have used this company multiple times now and they’ve consistently met or exceeded our expectations.

Great company to deal with. Very friendly & efficient. Excellent communication throughout the booking, delivery/collection process & above all an excellent product which kept twenty 10/11 year old girls dancing all evening! Thank you! :o)

Great service! Kept up to date and informed throughout. Delivery men were polite and helpful 😀

Great service. Communicated well and kept me upto date with delivery times etc and the castles were perfect and pick up if the castles was swift and meant no hanging around.

Very easy to order and all the team were helpful and responsive to questions :) the only thing that would be helpful would be to have the sizes of all the equipment on the website, not just the bouncy castles. The guys delivering and collecting the equipment were friendly and came on time. We will definitely use this company again!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hired for my daughter's 6th birthday on Saturday and she loved it. Highly recommend

I’ve used Monster Inflatables a few times now for children’s parties and adult parties. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. They’re so accommodating, changing plans at the last minute with no issues, very helpful, really polite, respectful and prompt collection and delivery. Loads of choice.

Good communication up to the lead up of the party. Prompt with timing, texted before collection and drop off. Very efficient, good quality inflatables, no issues at all and would
100% recommend/ use again. Thanks so much!

Amazing service as usual!

The gentlemen were nice and polite, the timings were great and they provided a great service! Will definitely recommend and be using monster inflatables again.

Let me tell you, bouncy castles are absolutely HUGE—way bigger than you could ever imagine from the pictures! I really wish I had paid more attention to the measurements, but honestly, it turned out perfectly! My daughter and her friends had the time of their lives, and the bubble and foam machine was the cherry on top! It was super easy to use, and they even provided extra bubble liquid—how cool is that?

I can't remember the name of the delivery person, but they showed up right on time and navigated through blocked roads with ease! The set-up was a breeze, and taking it all down was just as quick. The company itself was fantastic at keeping in touch and communicating every step of the way leading up to the big day.

I would recommend them 1000% and can't wait to book with them again in the future! And did I mention their prices are incredibly reasonable? This experience was just amazing!
