A job very well done
I applied for a starscope which didn't take that long to arrive. On opening the package I found that some of the protective apparatus was missing so I advised the Starscope people. Without question a new monoscope was forwarded to me free of all charges. I have since purchased another one which was donated to the local golf club as part of a fund raiser.
I fully recommend dealing with this company. The staff I had correspondence with were fantastic. Thankyou.....

I am satisfied with the product
I am satisfied with the product, but I had a problem with delivery. I paid in full when I placed my order for 3 Starscopes. I ordered it for Hannukah and after much difficulty getting to customer service, 3months later I finally received my Purchase. As a note, my money was taken when I placed my order.

I have only used it a couple of times. I have trouble holding the phone and scope together. What I did look at was a good up close image of the objects.

Menuda basura de empresucha de estafadores de pacotilla. La fiscalía antifraudes debería investigar este asunto y recuperar el monto del dinero estafado a tantísima gente, gente que por cierto muchos de ellos se conforman con las excusas que les ponen los cuatro bots que ponen a trabajar para ganar tiempo y aburrir a quienes poden explicaciones. Otros ni se molestan a reclamar porque es poco dinero para iniciar una demanda , y de esto es de lo que se aprovechan esta banda de mierdas zampabollos e inútiles. Me sorprende muchísimo que cualquier payaso pueda montar una estafa en toda regla pagando para que lo anuncien en Google y que nadie se preocupe de comprobar quién hay detrás de ésto, ni comprobar si el producto existe o si realmente tiene capacidad de ventas... Sólo sucede lo de siempre, cada uno pilla su dinerito y nadie se hace responsable de nada... Esto cambiaría mucho si hicieran leyes donde una compra estuviese sujeta a la confirmación de entrega, o sea, que hasta que el producto no lo recibiera el cliente el vendedor no recibiese ni un céntimo... Así terminábamos con este despropósito de comercio online. Que cada vez hay más inútiles que sacan provecho de montar este tipo de estafas...

Placed an order for a Starscope, which then doubled at invoice. I went into discussions & cancelled the order within ten minutes of the order. I await the refund of £118.92 for a Starscope & phone mount.
Very unnerving.

ARNAQUE. Après trèèèès longue attente, reçu la chose, supplément,12€ pour frais de douane, le machin revient à près de 70 € ! Pour au final une petite longue vue en 40x10 de qualité très moyenne, rien de spécial. 25 ou 30 € aurait été un prix presque acceptable (voir 10€ en Chine...), mais là c'est prohibitif, et les pubs et les photos de promo sont mensongères. On se demande à quoi sert la repression des fraudes en France...
