Great experience at Monkhouse Stockport…
Great experience at Monkhouse Stockport today. Arrived without an appointment and was greeted by Alexandra who could not have been more helpful and getting the right size and fit of uniform for my daughter. She spent time making sure the sizes were perfect and there was room to grow. Fabulous customer service and she was really knowledgeable about the products and the schools. Gave me discount codes to get the items online that weren’t in stock. Would recommend.

Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience. I asked to cancel my order about 10 minutes after I'd placed it and was told I couldn't as it had already been reserved. It has now been stuck in post for 2 weeks and no one will respond to my emails or calls from Monkhouse customer service. I am so dissapointed as all I need is a refund as I have brought the uniform from elsewhere which has been amazing customer service. Just terrible!

Helpful staff
Just wanted to leave a review regarding our shopping trip in Gloucester for my son.
We were helped by a young lady named Lauren.
She was very helpful absolutely brilliant and genuinely attentive. She went out of her way to look for different sizes not on the shop floor.
She made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Unfortunately not all items were in stock so she wrote the sizes needed on a piece of paper for us to order on line.

Poor sizing, poor fit, poor customer service
Appalling customer service on the phone, poor sizing, poor stock levels. 10 years of having to buy uniform from Monkhouse, another 12 to go, i'm honestly so fed up with it the ridiculous selection of sizes, the poor fitting jumpers and trousers and the lack of knowledge from staff.
2 members of staff also mistook my son for a girl, first member of staff fitting him in a girls blazer and PE top, I eventually noticed and corrected her and then 10min later another colleague told her she was fitting him in the wrong uniform because "girls don't need a rugby top".
If I had a choice I would be staying well away from Monkhouse.

Had an appointment on Saturday to kit our son out for GGS at the Chatham shop. Even though we were half hour early Simran made herself available and helped us to get everything we needed. She was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
