I can't access my moni point account for the past 3 days now I'm so disappointed and I regret using this app and I advise any user making use of this account should make withdrawaland delete the app

Not yet Won despite my big points
Monipoints is great and am earning points here in Kenya every other survey is available thou i haven't Won and realized that some winnings are lesser in points collected compared to what it says i have, i.e you'll find a winner has 17,250 points and the same week i had 22,500 points.....wondering how that was picked. Please look into it or not unless Kenyans aren't in the playing group which in the app isn't said
