One star is excessive for this company.
Last night, I called customer service was in Philippine for assistance in sending money due to down kiosks at three CVS locations. However, the supervisor Rose provided incorrect information, and my rewards were not applied to transaction case number 37370696. As a result, I was unable to use my rewards or send money in a timely manner, despite using the service for a long time 25 years and more . Today called again. Trying to remedy the problem, but it was a nightmare on the phone. phoned again today. I was trying to get the error fixed, but it was a nightmare. The supervisor, Jess, refused to give her identity as the first name department stated that it was personal information, which is untrue. Instead, she repeatedly said "calm down" and keeps repeating over and over "told you a while ago" to escalate the call, continuing to act carelessly and rudely .The terrible call lasted for almost an hour and nine minutes without effective assistance, and when I asked to file a complaint, she filled it out with a false statement. Jess purportedly , refused to transfer me to another agent. In the end, I told Jess Case #37373131 that I would be using Western Union instead, and she ended the call when i said that I would never use Money Gram again due to her unsatisfactory assistance, which was sarcastic and disrespectful. Since Money Gram turned into a hostile service for customers, I will disseminate this information globally. Finally, it took me three minutes to use the Western Union service.
