This was my favorite app at 1 point & then all because my phone broke which is what I played on & I had to get a new 1 which meant redownloading the game & instead of using my old email it was linked to I used my new email I set up for the new phone & these a$$h@!&s refused to pay me the last payout I tried to make & said basically I was being banned because I had multiple accounts & used a VPN. I don't even have a VPN on my phone & have never had 1 because I see no use in them for what I do & I wasn't trying anything shady setting up a new account. So unless you want to take a HUGE chance on them saying F you for some BS reason & wait til you spend a ton of hours building up a good payout only to wonder a week later where it's at because they have no intention of giving you that money...STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP & WATCH FOR OTHER APPS FROM THEM, because this is actually 1 of 2 apps that own or govern & they did the same on the other app which also had a fairly nice payout that I'll never see now. All because I had to get a new phone. TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW THAT MIGHT POSSIBLY USE THIS APP AND SAVE YOUR PEOPLE ALOT OF WASTED TIME & ANGER!

Very disappointed with this app. I redeemed a gift card and have been waiting, but instead of getting a clear answer, I keep receiving the same copy-and-paste response from support. It feels like my issue is not actually being looked into.

I’ve seen other users mention having similar problems, which makes this even more frustrating. I just want a real manual review of my account and an honest explanation of what is happening. If you offer rewards, you should make sure users actually receive them and that support treats problems seriously.

I have had this app before and just redownloaded it a few weeks ago... I've always gotten my money but this time something went wrong on the back end and my coins didn't get sent to my account... I emailed support and they got everything squared away and I just got my payment ❤️ time to surprise my husband when he gets off work....

At first, I redeemed my points for an Amazon gift card or PayPal payments. A link was sent via email, and it worked immediately.
Then I received a PayPal payment on July 10th, but I got a notification that the payment was delayed. I’ve been waiting for over 10 days! This isn't fun.

All im going to say,is reaching level 1000 was abit extreme and not worth the time i spent playing just to get $50 when i should of recieved $100

I got paid, games are fun

I have $10.00 and $1.00. in PayPal just going on over a week on processing and $1.00 for a Visa card processing going on five day. These scam artists will just get away with it too. Apple should be held liable

Do not waste your time. I spent hours playing games to cash out, but they falsely accuse me of multi -accounting to avoid paying. I contacted Tremendous support, and Tremendous confirmed in writing that they did not block the payment and that MONEY CASH canceled it. Support refuses to respond to evidence and keep sending identical bot replies.

Ca paye vraiment pour le coup je reçois toujours mes carte cadeau PayPal a chaque fois au bout de 10 minutes le seul gros problème des jeux qui correspondent a cette application est qu'ils sont surchargé de pub mais bon ca se comprend vu qu'on est payer a jouer mais éviter les pubs en pleine partie ne serait pas du luxe je trouve
