Faced an issue with registration on the…

Faced an issue with registration on the website when I tried to register and get a 30% off a challenge. At first, Discord team including CEO tried to solve the issue however after trying for a while, they stopped responding after saying that this issue is only appearing to me solely, without offering to help me out anymore. I made sure that nothing is wrong from my end, meaning the issue has to be from them.

UPDATE:
The CEO reached out to me this morning saying that he was personally dealing with the issue and found the solution for it. I believe I was a little bit impatient. Everything looked great about this firm before my issue and I wished I never faced it in the first place, and now I’m convinced that this firm is the real deal. 5 STARS for the CEO being awesome! I look forward to pass the challenge and be a trader with them for a long time in the future.

Hello Adam, thank you for your feedback however, you approached us on friday evening. Both me and my team tried to register several accounts without any issues. I've started debugging the issue on a code level on the friday evening while I have found the solution few hours after that. Unfortunately you've closed all tickets and left discord.

I am sorry that you've faced issues and I was not able to resolve that in reasonable time. If you will still wish to receive the solution from me, I am more than happy to provide you that.

Wonderful trading experience with monevis

Wonderful trading experience with monevis, low spreads, the best customer support, very professional when helping especially when I didn't understand some things, they took their time and help me till the end. Payouts are very fast in less than 5 minutes from request you get your money. Great community, lots of help and insights from the discord community.

Monevis is an awesome prop firm to work…

Monevis is an awesome prop firm to work with. Trading with them was stress-free and their customer support really do support. Not to talk about the 5mins payout, like no delay at all. Their really doing a great job. I'd for sure recommend other traders to work with them.
