I transferred two Payments to someone yesterday and they’ve not received the payments even though it’s showing gone out my account … I transferred money to this person before and it went straight through …it’s like the money has vanished… I’ve asked for faster payment id and they can’t provide as they said it’s not processed yet but gone out my account … I’ve e mailed no response … I’ve messaged on live chat and all I’m getting it’s been escalated… how can money just disappear … I will seek legal advice if I don’t get answers .. this is disgraceful to treat a customer s money … the money I sent was for bills I owed …

Me registré en la aplicación hace aproximadamente un mes, y me salió que mi registro ya estaba completo, y acabo de unos días me pidieron la hoja de empadronamiento, y se los mandé. Luego, a los dos días me pidieron una factura, y desde entonces han pasado 2 semanas y sigo sin poder emplear la cuenta. Agradecería que me lo solucionaran. Gracias.

Betrüger. Mehr gibt es dazu nicht zu sagen. Andauernde ominöse nicht authorisierte Abbuchungen und man sieht dieses Geld nie wieder. Kontakt ist sehr beschwerlich und nicht hilfreich.

Finger Weg von dieser Bank.....

am 09.08.24 wurde mir Trotz Vorlage woher meine Gelder stammen, ohne richtige BEGRÜNDUNG das Konto nach fast 10 Jahren geschlossen und mein restliches Guthaben ist bis heute noch nicht auf mein Neteller Konto überwiesen worden..... ich schäme mich bei allen denen ich das KONTO empfohlen habe, weil bei denen ist das passiert.... meine Freudnin hat auch ihr Geld noch nicht. Finger weg von dieser BANK.... DAS STIMMT GEWALTIG ETWAS NICHT. Die Antworten nicht mal mehr auf meine Emails, da ich für meinen Verein dringend die KONTOAUSZÜGE brauche. Aber kein Problem, ich schicke bei einer PRÜFUNG DENEN EINFACH DIE BEHÖRDE AUF DEN Hals....

ich kann nur extrem verärgert sein. Die drei Problempunkte können wie folgt zusammengefasst werden: 1) Versteckte Kosten, 2) Lange Bearbeitungszeiten der Soforteinzahlung (min. 1 Tag oder mehr), 3) Zusammenhang zwischen Punkt 1 zu Punkt 2 mit dem Resultat noch längerer Wartezeiten und höheren Kosten.

Beispiel: ich bin besonders verärgert, weil habe genau den Betrag eingezahlt, den ich brauche. Dann wurden mir Gebühren abgezogen, wegen Inaktivität. Ja, genau das macht mich wütend. Ich musste erneut Geld einzahlen und erneut Gebühren bezahlen UND damit darf ich noch länger warten. OK ich kann die Gebühren wegen der Inaktivität bezahlen, aber das muss ich doch vorher sehen, wenn ich das Geld einzahle und nicht danach. Ich habe mit dem Geld heute gerechnet und jetzt muss ich weiter warten. Ist das eine Absicht des Unternehmens oder Nichtprofessionalität? Wieso kann man den Kunden nicht vorher informieren? Wie soll ich mich auf Monese verlassen können?

Die Monese Bank bezieht sich auf Strafanträge die von der Polizei Inspektion Weilheim i.Obb. - hier u.a
den Mitunterstützern und demzufolge Mittätern Polizei-Komissar Kleiner und PK Angerer jedoch vorsätzlich und nachweislich nicht bearbeitet werden !

Vielmehr wird die Polizei Weilheim der Unterstützung und Mittäterschaft bezichtigt !

Five days in a row they write me the same phrase that the account is under consideration by some services, I can’t use it. The account was frozen, there was money left on it, which I transferred to myself from my account from another bank. To a simple question, when there will be information or when the account will be unblocked, they write the same prepared phrase to me: “Your account is under consideration by our division, I am an ordinary operator and I have no information!” At the request to contact a competent person who owns the information, communication is interrupted. Very much like a scam.

It’s a shame Monese decided to close my Account without giving me an Account bank And there is no proof of my salary that supposed to reach on Monese bécote their closing my account.
Now to have an answer it’s a long way for claiming and have and simple answer by messenger neither by Mail and never by call ( nobody to answer).
What should I do to have my salary and account bank.

You have had my requests in since OCTOBER 2022 and still ongoing, still same message "Will pass to the Team"
This is criminal. I have as you see written to HSBC about your operations and the UK Financial services as you need to be investigated for the ILLEGAL ACTIONS of with holding clients monies.There is no change to my email address since sign up.

Boa noite venho mais uma vez fizer aquilo que o monese me está a fazer desde agosto de 2022 que tenho a conta bloqueada a duas semanas atrás enviar para mim um email a dizer que a minha conta seria desbloqueada no máximo em 24 horas já passaram duas semanas e nada e nem tem a dignidade de me responderem nem respondem aos meus email e uma conta de um banco que é uma vergonha não aconselho a ninguém porque responder não o fazem e que são tao vergonhosos que nem dignidade tem para responder seja só que for e se não me desbloquearem a conta no menor tempo eu vou fazer um email para o banco nacional da Bélgica a contar a vergonha que este banco e porque isto e roubarem os clientes. Isto não é de um banco sério isto é de pessoas que estão a liderar este banco que são umas incompetentes que me respondeu foi uma Sra Tina que nunca mais teve a coragem de responder aos meus email eu tenho dinheiro na minha conta que não posso usar pela incompetência dessas pessoas o banco nacional da Bélgica vai ficar a saber que espécie de banco envergonha esse país espero a conta desbloqueada ou a devolução dos valores que eu tenho na conta o mais urgente possível acabou a brincadeira e gizarem com os clientes ok desde já o meu obrigado e espero que seja resolvido no mais curto espaço de tempo para eu não tomar outras medidas obrigado

Roubou meu dinheiro e bloqueio minha sem aviso prévio, cambada de ladrão, mando email não responde sempre falam para mandar no suporte e sempre vem as mesma msg para mandar pro suporte, o que adianta que não dão suporte nem um, não atendem as ligações, mudaram de endereço e não fizeram o traça no app do novo endereço, só espero que me dê uma resposta rápida ou irei na polícia denunciar, estou em Londres e sou muito bem documentado para meter um processo contra eles, sei muito bem das leis, só espero ter uma resposta muito concreta sobre isso ou então irei mesmo na polícia, cambada de ladrão
