Exceptional service and support from start to finish
We had an excellent experience with Monday Merch.
From the very first meetings, where they helped us define and choose the right gifts, to their thoughtful consultancy on the best options based on the different countries we needed to ship to, everything was handled with great care and expertise.
Even when we faced a few challenges with deliveries, their customer service was outstanding. Communication was always smooth, transparent, and solution-oriented. The team consistently focused on resolving issues quickly and effectively, which made a huge difference.
A big thank you to the entire Monday Merch team, especially Ema Štrbac and Raul Beltrá, for their support and dedication throughout the process.
