My first experience with Mon Ami was excellent. I ordered the same dress in two sizes so there was a follow e-mail to clarify my purchase and the dresses arrived in two days. Mon Ami stocks my favourite brands which means that I can order and return if I am not sure if I have the sizing or style correct. Living in country NSW this is invaluable for me as I have limited access to high end fashion which Mon Ami definitely has in abundance.

I have had some significant health issues over recent years which has changed my appearance and left me with many insecurities. With a black-tie event coming up, I was struggling to find a dress that I felt comfortable in. I had been searching all over Adelaide and online but was finding the experience quite distressing. From the moment I walked in, Jan made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. She was so caring, she brought a tear to my eye. I felt very safe in her hands. But not only that, her experience was obvious and she was very honest about what she thought worked well for me. I came out with a dress that I feel a million dollars in!

This was my first visit to Mon Ami I was warmly welcomed by a friendly helpful assistant. The store has a wonderful selection of clothes and once I had tried the first dress on I knew I had found my wedding outfit. It was a lovely experience and I wish I could remember the assistant's name.

The dress was beautiful but too big. I returned it and received a refund within a week. Great service!

Great service and fast delivery. Brave + True concrete jungle pants are so comfy. Usually a size 12-14 and purchased the medium but could have gone down a size as very stretchy. Very happy with service, price and delivery.
