Not as advertised

I am very disappointed with the two ítems I have just received. There is no label attached inside each ítem showing that this is really the size I ordered. Quality in the jumpsuit with the white tail and white ears was not as good as I expected for the price. Legs are short. Snaps are not lined up. One snap is right on the edge and will tear the fabric after a few uses. Merchandise looks good in the photo but it was very disappointing for me to see what I got. It is not worth the money I paid.

Follow-up.
The company contacted me and graciously offered a refund and asked me to send them pictures of the disappointing jumpsuit. I did. I believe that the company had to see for itself what I was complaining about. The company said they would contact the manufacturer. They also wrote that customers' satisfaction really matters to them.
I was happy to hear from them and see that they are not an anonymous company on line only looking to make money rapidly selling poor quality products.
The other item I bought, the sweater with the little horse was beautiful, good quality, well-made. I could not understand why the other item faired so poorly in comparison.
The company is doing its best to make sure their products meet the customers' approval. I hope the company will look into it as they said they would.

You had received the order confirmation when you placed the order and can contact us via email or “contact us” through our website. But we had not received any email from you before you wrote this review via the Trust Pilot.

We are sorry that you had such a bad experience with us and we have gone ahead and refund the item you were not satisfied and also provide you a discount code for your next order. Please share a picture with us of the damaged/faulty items to contact the manufacturer to find out where the problem may have been.
