I’ve also learned how to handle my child’s tantrums with more patience, understanding, and confidence.

As per the first day challenge , I had chosen to be calm, because staying calm can only bring u happiness but not sorrow..

Before even I start rising my voice against anyone, suddenly I remember that I should remain calm.. this has helped me a lot to control my anger.. and everyday I'm continuing to chose to be calm..

The gratitude part is another thing which I liked the most..

Exercises / walking / pranayama, i have been practicing almost consistently.. I'm continuing these as a part of the 5 day challenge too.

The coaching provided by Apurva is very easy to follow, quick yet effective.
She comes up with practical steps that can be taken even in the middle of a very busy day. Has been a wonderful experience!

The Emotional Reset Challenge has been a wonderful experience. It has been a journey of trying to understand myself. It needs a lot of time and effort, and I am hoping that with practice, I will get there.

It was an eye opening session. 5days of journey which made me to realise,to pause and think and feel special about myself. Thank you Apurva.... It was wonderful session.

I have been with Apurva for very long time. I find her very cooperative and whenever i needed her, she is always just a text away. That is a great quality of a coach. She shaped my parenting skills and emotionally supported me through our our journey.

The biggest shift for me has been developing a much deeper sense of self-awareness. I’ve learned how to take a beat and pause before reacting to my children’s tantrums, . The sessions helped me to be more mindful about what am I doing and why am I doing. After taking up the sessions I have become more self aware of my environment and how to handle my kid & how to be self motivated. Attended a wonderful workshop on Disagreement in Parenting. As always, she shared such insightful and thought-provoking perspectives. Every session and every conversation with her feels like an eye-opener. Though I couldn’t give my full attention throughout the session, I still walked away with some powerful takeaways.

What resonated with me the most was the idea that our decisions stem from our individual blueprints — and that communicating these and setting aside dedicated time each week to discuss them can deeply influence our parenting journey. Truly loved the session and the reflections it sparked!

Hi Apurva Mam, this is Nivetha here. We took a 30-day book challenge. I didn't know that we would complete the task, but finally, we made it! Reading a book every day became our routine. My son never goes to bed without reading a book. We had a good bond during this. I really want to thank Apurva Mam for this initiative. I am looking forward to more challenges, and I also want everyone to take part.

It was great talking with her she answered all my questions beautifully and i felt so relaxed after talking with her. I was concerned about my kids behaviour on few situations but she not just answered but also shared how i can improve my connection with my kids and get better results .

The Session by Apurva was very helpful. Practical Solutions were explained amazingly well for the issues related to children Tantrums. The topics spoken about were very relatable and connectable.

U have given a practical examples and methods to apply to toddlers
It is also useful when they grew
Saying no means no ...is a good option to say to them.

Made us realise our shortcomings with our feelings when kids throw any tantrums.
The session also made me confident as I was following few pointers already, so it was an assurance.
Giving us alternative ways of communicating the same things was the take away for me.
