Quality of garment - great , quality of stitching- excellent ….. the fact it was done in the wrong orientation and also had no contact from customer service even when contacting them every day for a week - poor … very very poor

This company creates unique masterpieces, and delivers them extremely quickly and has great qaulity products.

Sent for two matching hoodies same colour different colour writing .. they both arrived on time but one was correct and one was completely wrong …. Wrong in colour and the date was wrong with a jp on the sleeve… with no response on doing anything about it just seems like they have your money as nd are going to do nothing about it … save your money and get it done locally …. I ordered the grey one

I’ve ordered 3 hoodies from Moments Made now, every single one of them are perfect. For a small and newly established business they’re great. High recommend! I will definitely be making more orders!

Product arrived quickly but with incorrect thread colour. I messaged to inform them immediately on their website (and through instagram as I have previously spoken to someone on there) and would have been happy with a replacement at this point. However weeks passed with no reply and the occasion I needed it for passed (and so an alternative gift was bought). I emailed a few weeks later asking for a refund and received a reply after a week saying that they didn’t offer refunds (even thought the problem was that they made a mistake with the order). Replacement received (which at this point felt very wasteful). I would suggest if the only thing you can offer is a replacement that you ask the customer if they would like a different design perhaps.

Overall, a good product but terrible customer service. Extremely slow at responding to problem and dismissive language used in emails.

Avoid this company! Massive scam. I've reported them for fraud to my bank. Take your money, tell you the item has been dispatched but Royal Mail never receive the item then they stop replying to you!

I emailed the company on the day, minutes even, after I ordered a jumper to ask if they could alter my order. Never replied. I’m now 8days after they “posted” item and still have not received it. Emailed company after 4th day as postage was 2-3 days. NO REPLY! Glad I paid via klarna so I have some form of communication to get a refund. This was an anniversary gift so I’m not happy at all! I trusted this company with such an important gift and they let me down dearly. I often buy from small companies to help them rather then big brands but the customer service has been none existent and you can’t run a business without it. I personally won’t be buying from you again! And I would still like my £60 refund please! Attempted to write numerous reviews on the site, printed but thier automatic email “ please leave a review” however surprisingly they never seem to make it to being published!

All I want it’s some sort of communication from the company, my hoodie or my refund!

This is my complete honest review. I made a purchase after seeing an ad on Instagram and I thought this was the perfect gift for my husband for Father’s Day for my three kids. I had seen a design elsewhere and it takes a long time to come from you S therefore I was looking for an alternative that’s when I found moments made. I contacted Irwan Through Instagram. To be honest, I didn’t really expect a fast reply considering the high number of followers he has. However, he sent me a fast response regarding my custom order that I wanted for a design not available on his website. He went out of his way and I knew it was definitely him.

The order was very quick and simple. I told him all the specification I wanted and he was even kind enough to send me a layout before he printed out the T-shirt. The only downside to this was the fact that he became unresponsive after I made the payment.

I contacted him for 2-3 days straight, because I wanted to find out whether I would receive it in time for Father’s Day. However, he did not reply and then I started checking his pilot reviews and someone and I started panicking and sending him lots of messages to which he was unresponsive. Finally after two days he did reply to me. And he apologised. To be honest I think the trustpilot reviews scared me and sent me into a full on panic mode. On his side, he was fulfilling orders and staying away from instagram so that he can fulfil these orders. Fair enough. I suggest to him that he needs to be in contact with customers and maybe he should take some time off the day just to respond to them so that this won’t happen again.

He did mention that the reason for all the negative reviews were because they received such high demand then they are anticipated during Christmas period for that they could not fulfil.

Apart from this issue, I received the order on the third date before Father’s Day. I loved the order and my husband love the gift. The only downside to the actual order that I was an entirely pleased with is that it’s not a pitch black. It has a greenish hue to it and I haven’t given it a wash yet but I’m cautious how it will come out for the wash. Just to let you be aware when you’re placing the order that’s all. I don’t mind as it is black, but it isn’t the pitch black That normal sweatshirt and hoodies are.

I gave a 1 because I cannot give a 0. I made an order in December, it is July I am still waiting for either my order or my money back. The owner does not reply e-mails. Please, don't order from them because they will steal your money.

Purchased the hoody for father days so my little girl could match her dad. I was left feeling disappointed that I couldn’t utilise the gifts due to the quality of the print picture, made my hubby look like weird by adding on a flicked moustache which he didn’t have and not being able to view the text clearly underneath the print picture which I paid extra for. also paid for text on the sleeve which they forgot to add. Before the hoody was printed I asked for a picture of the print to confirm it could be done but this did not happen. Now I’m left with a hoody which was a complete waste of my money as it wasn’t what I ordered. Customer service was great until I raise a complaint with the issues and I am still waiting for ‘Michelle’ the customer service lead or the ‘products team’ to provide an update on my refund/return.shocking customer service when it comes to complaints, following through and acknowledging customers!!! Would not recommend this company nor will I be purchasing from you again!

I never write reviews ever, but this company is seriously amazing. I ordered a gift for my girlfriend and it came within 4 days. Everything about it is amazing. The hoodie quality, the embroidery. Everything. highly recommend this company.

Still no replies or resolution for lost parcel.

I have been contacting the company for 3 weeks to let them know my jumper was delivered to the wrong address. Absolutely no resolution, have not read my emails properly.

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews but I’m really pleased with the hoodie. It’s a nice touch that they include a print out of the picture used when they send it to you. My partner is really happy with it and it fits him well.
My only critique is that I think they need to be more realistic with their lead times, it’s a bespoke product so it’s no surprise it takes longer to manufacture, and it arrived within 10 days of ordering which I think is more than acceptable, but on the order info it says it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days which it wasn’t and I don’t think is giving them enough time to fulfil orders.

Received product late for Father’s Day! Customer service response was not great!
I’ve suggested if they cannot meet demand they should update realistic delivery times!
I have received my product now, it’s nice but the event has passed. So no good! Wish I’d seen all these reviews before hand would have went with someone else.

Ordered on the 06 November 23.

Despite numerous messages/ emails I didn’t receive a response until December 23. I wastold my order would be prioritised for Christmas. Of course it never arrived.

I then proceeded to claim the money back through my bank which was successful. Until a few weeks ago when moments made contested the refund and provided fake/false shipping details, and said my order had been delivered on the 07 November. I have various messages showing that the item had never been made or delivered.

Please do not waste your money on an item that only might be delivered.

Ordered in December, still not received 4 months later. Have contacted them 4 times with no response. They must have made an absolute fortune for Christmas taking money and not delivering

Terrible service, non existent customer service. No order arrived, would highly recommend you avoid this seller.
