Momentsgifted Arvostelua 

I ordered a bracelet in December from this company (momentsgifted.com) for my son along with a giftbox, unfortunately the box was damaged when it arrived. I sent an email informing them of this, along with photos showing the damage. They emailed immediately apologising and offered me a replacement to which I replied saying I would like a refund. Funnily enough, that email has been ignored along with four others I have sent since. I have even tried sending a text message to the address shown on their web page yet it is "undeliverable"!!! My son is happy with the bracelet, pity I can't say the same about the non existent customer services and their refund policy. I tried to cancel the order within half an hour of placing it via text but this was ignored. They told me they have a strict one hour cancellation policy - shame the strictness doesn't apply to them giving refunds! Avoid this company at all costs.

I have ordered engraved jewellery with 3 names. I have cancelled the order within a few days after reading reviews. It came anyway after several weeks. Cheap poor quality, with default names, instead the one I have chosen. Box looks nothing like the one from the order. Stay away from this company. Luckily I was able to get my money back by contacting my bank.

Do not buy from this company! They are scamming people! I ordered from them a necklace and a rose. I didn't received the necklace instead I received two very cheap Roses. I emailed them a few times but no result so far.

Ordered a bracelet for my son as a Xmas present paid extra to have it engraved with his name it came on 26th November and there was no name engraved on it I contacted them immediately and they told me to keep the bracelet and they would send another one with the engraving on it its 20th of December now and I still haven't received it I have emailed them over and over asking where it is and could they send me the tracking number but no response I paid £40 for this bracelet do not buy from this company I put a review on their website saying how unhappy about this I am and it hasn't been published they don't want people to see the bad reviews

I ordered a bracelet for my sons birthday with a 4-8 day delivery. It never arrived in time. 5 weeks later after being told there were delays by the courier it arrived by Royal Mail (they don’t take 5 weeks) as suspected by then it had clearly come from China. The bracelet is cheap crap and not worth the £40 I paid. Also the card with the words does not look like it did in the picture it’s too small for the lid of the box. This is an important part of the gift. Really disappointed in the customer service and the item.

DO NOT ORDER from them. I wish i had seen these reviews first. I Have not received item and did not receive notification or tracking of shipment. I asked to cancel order and they responded that they have a 1Hour cancelation policy and that item has been shipped. They are ignoring my requests to send tracking info.

Do not buy from them expecting delivery 4-7 days. I ordered 16 days ago still no sign. Tracking says still in China. I initially asked if they were in China and they told me they were a UK company with French engraving. A blatant lie.
