I have had to discuss some things with Molly Olivia customer service, and when Royal Mail lost the ring that was meant to be delivered, they were excellent in helping me to resolve this and put my mind at ease. Stumbled across Molly Olivia’s stall at Wilderness and fell in love with some hexagon shaped earrings. Absolutely gutted as I wore it once on Saturday and haven’t seen it since. Left it at the Airbnb and someone has taken them 😭. I wore it all day and night comfortably, so would highly recommend. X
