Great product. An AI product that actually works, even though we had some problems with the product recommendations but it was solved by the support in a few hours.

Molin.Ai as a tool has real potential, but unfortunately, the people behind it are wasting that potential entirely.

Before purchase, their support team promises features that either don’t exist, don’t work, or are simply “not available for your store” once you’ve actually paid. This kind of misleading communication is deeply disappointing.

The chatbot itself fails at core functionalities. It cannot accurately identify current bestsellers — instead, it suggests completely random and often irrelevant or low-quality products. For example, it once offered a customer herpes cream… in a store that sells t-shirts and hoodies. That speaks volumes about the quality of its product matching algorithm.

The tool is full of bugs and inconsistent behavior. Support shows no willingness to address these issues. After initially being responsive (pre-sale, of course), they eventually stop replying altogether — because who has time for a customer who’s reporting problems, right?

As it stands today, Molin.Ai is an unusable tool that wastes both time and money. I cannot recommend it unless there is serious change in how the product is developed and supported.

Amazing service! Customer support is really quick to help even on the weekends. I only pay $13 per month and can use it as much as I want.
In my experience, Molin writes better in foreign languages than any other AI tool that I tried.
