DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would.
My mattress is less than 2 years old; we can no longer sleep on it because of the sink holes and lack of support.
6 months ago we noticed the lack of firmness and every night since it has gotten worse.
I have reached out to customer service weekly with no response. The 1 888 number is not in service.
I essentially threw away $400 for their best mattress.

Disappointed After 11 Months – Not Worth It

I bought the Molblly King Mattress from Amazon last year after carefully checking the reviews, and for the first 2–3 months it actually seemed decent. Unfortunately, the comfort didn’t last long.

After a few months, the mattress started sinking, especially in the middle, and I could literally feel the springs through the surface. Every time I changed sides while sleeping, the springs made creaking noises, which was really annoying at night.

Over time, the support got worse. Instead of waking up fresh, I started waking up tired, with back and body aches. It reached a point where the mattress became completely unusable, and after almost 11 months (as you can see from my purchase date), I finally decided to throw it out.

Overall, this mattress was only good for a short period. For long-term use, I don’t recommend it. Might be worth 2 stars at best.

I bought a 12 inch full mattress. It is an air mattress with the springs in it also. The worst mattress I have ever bought. Six months after I bought it it was sagging where I lay. It seems to be losing air, but it’s not flat when I called to complain. They told me to bring it in bring it in where? How am I supposed to get my mattress in a car or even a truck to bring it into you.? I had to buy another mattress because that mattress is terrible. I paid $150 for it. I bought it from target online, please beware of this mattress. And then to find out that some of their mattresses have fiberglass in them. Isn’t that hazardous? Never never again and if I can save somebody from paying money for their mattress, I’ll be happy.

bought a full size mattress second hand from a family that used it less than a year. Didn't notice the smell till I got it home. Opened up the zippered cover to discover brown mold that smelled like urine on one corner of the mattress. I believe one other reviewer said that the mattress was moldy. I tried to find any info on how to wash the cover ( what temperature) and couldn't even find a web site let alone some guidance. Beware!

had this double mattress for about 6 months.its a foam mattress which is quite firm which suits me and i sleep very well.great price at 115,as its a tad firm im going to buy a memory foam topper prob panda.so overall a great buy for the price.

Worst mattress we ever bought...thru Amazon. The springs broke on the entire left have, leaving mattress unusable. IT is supposed to have a 10 year guarantee which Amazon won't honor. I cannot get in touch with the company, no phone number or customer service. Do not buy. Chinese made & cheaply made, thus the cheap price!

I'm 6'4" and 290 lbs. The mattress quickly (just a few weeks) cratered, and isn't comfortable. We emailed support, no response after 2 months. Their website is down. Do not buy, you will not receive any support if something goes wrong.

A bit late with th review but I have just returned to my home in the US after six months in the UK
I bought three Molblly mattresses in the spring for my home which I also use as an Airbnb. I sleep on one of the mattresses and it is the most comfortable I have ever used. Very reasonably priced....Excellent value for money

Right off the bat (Feb 2024), the mattress didn't expand enough. It was taller than what it was supposed to be iirc, but the length of it was like 5 or 6 inches off... I got this specific one cause of the length. My husband is 6'6" and he has to dangle his legs off the edge every night. Most of the time I find myself in the same position.
Along with indents of our bodies being permanent after maybe a week of sleeping on it. He's just under 300. I'm 170. So unless you're a toddler, you're gonna leave an indent.
Now, (Oct 2024) we wake up in the absolute worst pain. Worse than our previous one that was literally like 20 years old and flat like cardboard but it was more comfortable and less painful.
Thought I was being thrifty getting a cheap bed but yeah no, don't cheap out on comfort. Get a better bed.

Molding and they just stopped CONTACTING ME AFTER ASKING FOR ANOTHER MATTRESS ATLEAST

This mattress has fiberglass and it doesn’t even have a “do not open” label on it, now my home is infested with fiberglass because we want to be cheap and just make mattresses without caring about the safety of our customers. For your future mattresses, if you’re still gonna use fiberglass, ATLEAST put a “do not open” warning on the mattress cover ticket.

Unfortunately you get what pay for I thought this was going to be good mattress company but after receiving it….not even 2 weeks later the mattress started sinking the past 4 months we have tried everything to make it comfortable and nothing has worked. All they offered was 30 bucks credit and if we wanted to send it back we would need to pay for the return!!! So much for 365 days warranty!!! Now the company website is shutdown!!!

I ordered an original king mattress for $269.99 and received two and was charged for both. I finally received authorization to return the second mattress but was told I would have to pay for the return shipping charges! I had to pay $200 to ship back thru UPS. I have NOT received a refund. So I am out of pocket for $469.99! The Mattress was signed for by Kevin at their warehouse in Flower Mound Texas.

I ordered 12 inch mattress for $289.00 and notified them right away keep putting me off didn’t email me in a timely fashion. Offered me a $30.00 refund and then changed it to $50.00 I want a full refund! But they do not respond this is not my fault they mailed me the wrong item I’m 67 years old and been sleeping on couch for 4 days and no end in sight.

I Ordered a set of 2 queen sized pillows from them. I received 1 pillow, not even the same style as the ones I ordered. They are trying to tell me that what they sent me was correct & offered me $5 credit, They are not allowing me return the item and get my full $50 refund even though I submitted the return request as soon as the package was delivered. This company is horrible and the customer service is by far the worst! Please do not order anything from these scam artist!

You sent me a bed frame that someone else returned to you. The package had multiple levels of tape on it. The bed has ripped pieces, missing screws/hardware, crumbled up directions, and stained fabric. And now you are arguing with me about sending me a new bed and a label to return this pile of junk that you sent me OR refunding me my 169.99. This has been a horrible experience so far and you can make it better by sending me a new bed and a label to return this one OR by giving me the refund I deserve. I have spent hours corresponding with you and filing a complaint with Paypal, and it's a total waste of my time.

My mattresses arrived in a timely manner however once I realized that I ordered the wrong type of twin mattress I emailed the company. I also sent screenshots of the order page like the email asked for and then I no longer got a response. I even reached out to the chat bot on the molblly website but since they don't handle customer issues they were useless. Sadly I went to Walmart to buy the right size mattress and found a person who needed the mattresses and donated it to them. I have rental a property, and I was looking forward to using this company to fill my beds, but a company is only as good as their customer service and Molblly failed to help me. I'll stick to Amazon and Walmart for my needs.
