Mojawa Arvostelua 3

I had had my mojawa run plus pink headphones since dec 2024. Then suddenly a month ago the buttons on and off became unresponsive. I was ready to chuck them when i checked the website and was gobsmacked that they have a 2 yr warranty.
I tried to hard reset them. They were dead. So with nothing to loose i contacted mojawa and explained offering to send back for repair. They come back to me two days later saying that they were sorry to hear headphones had become unresponsive and checking their records that they were still under 2 yr warranty. And they would send me out a brand new set as replacement. This they did and i received brand new run plus headphones a week later. I must say that their customer service have been excellent, very responsive and i felt very grateful for their quick response and help. I for one person love the quick helpful response from a chinese company and think if this is how they behave then they are not the problem america is.

Headphones broke (earpiece snapped) after 8 months of basic use. They claim they have a 2-year warranty, but they are not replying to any form of communication: chat, email, contact us form.

J’ai commandé un produit le 25 mai 2024 sur le site officiel mojawa.com. HAPTIFIT TERRA au prix de 329,90€. A la date du 24 juin 2024, je ne suis toujours pas livré et je n’ai pas recu d’informations sur ma livraison. J’ai du contacter « will » de cette société, pour avoir des informations sur ma commande. Voici ce que l’on me repond 1 mois après avoir payé :
« En vérifiant à nouveau le stock dans l'entrepôt ce matin, on m'a dit que nous n'avions en stock que les écouteurs Mojawa Run Plus, nous vous suggérons de commander plutôt les écouteurs à conduction osseuse étanches IP68 »
Ce n’est absolument pas professionnel et sérieux. Je déconseille fortement de passer par ce site internet.
A ce jour, je n’ai pas le produit commandé et payé, et l’on me dit de changer de modèle 1 mois plus tard, alors que c’est moi même qui leur demande quand pourrais-je recevoir ma commande #EU1030.
