Moreover, there is property appreciation of my investment property that already went up in value. The properties has returns that routinely outperform other traditional investment avenues.

I always wanted to invest in real estate but never wanted to deal with the headache of dealing with tenants and didn’t know enough to find the right property or market. When I came across mogul in an article earlier this year, I read about how they are supposed to take all the headaches away from the experience and decided to finally invest in real estate after wanting to for so long. My investment has performed very well so far and I haven’t had to be hands on with this like I always thought I would need to be with property.
