MODU Arvostelua 

I'm truly happy about the quality of the Dreamer Set, but above all i'm really satisfied about the After Sale Service. Unfortunately, one of the pieces had a defect, so I wrote to the after-sales service and they immediately arranged for a shipment with the replacement part. Can i give them 10 stars?

I bought the baby activity set and I’m so glad I did! My 3 month old son loves using it for his tummy time. The scooter option is so fun and the shaker sticks are easy to grab and make a lovely sound. His older sister loves playing with him and the toy too!

Vi oplevede hjul til vores MODU bræt, som hele tiden faldt ud. Efter et døgn har kundeservice sendt os nye uden nogen problemer eller tøven. Super dejlig og professionel oplevelse, tak!

Leider ist das MODU Dreamer Set ein richtiger Reinfall. Viel zu teuer dafür das es am Ende nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Rollen fallen leider immer aus den Löchern und das führt zu ganz viel Frust bei den kleiner Spielern. Der MODU-Kundenservice hat zwar auf Anfrage neue Räder geschickt, bei denen passiert aber genau dasselbe. Ich würde das Set nie wieder kaufen und kann es auch keinem weiterempfehlen. Für mich eine absolute Fehlentscheidung das als Geschenk gewählt zu haben.

I really love this product and also the kids! The ship was fast and the comunication about it by email was very efective. We are looking forward to use Modu in different shapes while the kid keep growing :)

Das Konzept von MODU ist super . Unsere Tochter ist beim Bauen sehr kreativ. Frustrierend ist dann nur , wenn nach kurzer Nutzung sich die Bausteine lösen oder ständig die Räder abfallen , weil der nötige Grip fehlt.
Wir haben das set schon vor einiger Zeit gekauft und mussten nun bei Freunden feststellen , dass es mittlerweile enorme Qualitätsunterschiede gibt .
Wirklich schade.

God kundeservice og produkter

I bought a Modu dreamer set months ago for my first child ( at that time she was 8 months old): she instantly start to play with cars and other pieces I made for her and enjoy them so much. Now ( she is 2 ), she still loves to play with Modu in thousand different ways. And her little brother ( 6 months) play with her too. I am so glad to have bought these amazing toys for my babies. They are high quality toys that last for years and years! Modu also have the best customer service ever. I can not recommend enough!

As a pediatric therapist, I’ve been using MODU for over a year with all the children I work with and every family who has discovered it through me has been just as enthusiastic.

I truly love MODU: it brings together movement, creativity, and shared play in such a natural and powerful way. It really sparks something special in children!

Thank you very much for the approach of the customer service, they solved our problem very quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. The children are very fond of the MODU kit, so I'm glad that they can continue to play again on the new wheels!

Complaint regarding packaging
The best toy ever, but I must point out that it was very poorly packaged. The box was damaged, part of the packaging had fallen apart, and the packaging did not protect the items at all from damage or movement inside the box.

Fortunately, there is no damage to the products themselves. However, the baskets I ordered, when assembled, have sides that fold very loosely without pressing the opening mechanism, which may have been caused by improper and unprotected transport.
I must admit that I am very disappointed with the way a fairly expensive product was packaged and shipped. Unfortunately, I will have to leave a negative review for this order
