Ordered a pair of black sconces. Got one gold and one black. Emails-no response. Requested return twice and no response. Left a VM and no response. Dark....Shady company
Going to credit card company next.

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the panels I received were terrible and they forgot to send my order for months. When I asked for a return due to the quality, they went completely dark and haven't responded to my dozens of voicemails and emails. Terrible!

Over the past month I have sent 4 emails and made 4 phone calls and attempted to chat twice to try to get information about one of their lights for my client. There has been absolutely no response of any kind. Very, very strange. Certainly would never do business with them. Not even sure if there is a company.

As many people have stated, this company does not respond. Have ordered several products with no issue. My last purchase was missing pieces, I have made over 10 attempts to contact the company regarding this issue with no response. I would recommend sourcing items else where.

The fixture looks decent, but it is very light in weight so the hanging wires do not fully stretch.
Big problem - the canopy/ceiling box is very narrow, so it does not cover the standard j-box in the ceiling.
Also, adjusting the lenght of the hanging wires is very, very cumbersome, so the installation took a long time.
The delivery took significantly longer than promised when ordered, so we had to reschedule the install twice. And the communication with the company about the order status is virtually nonexistent.
All in all, not good.

If you try to contact them, forget it. They sent us returned item and never responded our email until we try to dispute the charges. do not buy anything from them.

Read some of the reviews here so decided to give them a call to make sure my order got sent out -- turns out a lot has changed in the past 6 months with this company, their customer service is actually quite good and I got my pendente lights within 5 days of ordering

Horrible Customer Service!
We have tried to get in touch with this company. Multiple calls and emails were sent out. The wood shrinks so you need to let it sit for a while, I ordered 10 boxes and only got 4 boxes. I have been trying to get them shipped but the company has not provided us with a tracking number. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAMMY COMPANY

I bought a fancy kitchen island light from Modrngy.com and I regret it. The canopy was only maybe 2" wide which was not enough to cover an 8B octagon electric box. When I contacted Modrngy they told me they could send a trim plate, but I wasn't interested in that route. Getting approved for a return was a pain, I had to pay a $40 dollar restocking fee, I had to pay for my own return shipping and I am currently STILL waiting for my money back and they have had the light back in their possession for 11 days now. My advice, don't shop here. I actually found a much nicer and higher quality kitchen Island light from Walmart.com of all places.

Received a pendant light which was not as we expected. Created a return request which was accepted by the site. Had to pay for return shipping charges around 50$. We never received the refund nor do they respond to emails or calls.
Horrible experience overall, please stay away from them

I bought a $460 pendant light and they sent the pendant wired together with the wrong ceiling piece. So it is a totally useless item. Many many attempts to contact them (phone, vm, email, chat) went no where. No one ever responds.

Like the others stated ~ RUN from this company. Received a light. Horrible quality. Tried immediately to return. As others have said, they won't respond to any communication. Now have sent 3 emails, and left 1 message. When trying to return to fill out some form, you only get an email address to write to. I'm going to contact my credit card company and the BBB.

The only reason this isn't a 1-star is because our initial product did arrive. I was pleasantly surprised since I'd heard of a terrible experience a co-worker of mine had with the company. Then, when a follow-up order was placed (directly with a rep over the chat - more great experience!), they assured me since it was just an install accessory, it would ship the next day and take 2-3 business days. It has now been 2 weeks and I cannot get a hold of anyone via chat, email, or calls/VM to ask when the order will arrive. I tracked it, and like many other reviewers, it says that the order was processed but not shipped. I feel like I'm going crazy trying to get them to respond.

I have tried several times to call this business and locate my order. They never answer. Whenever I go on their chat they assured me my item will be shipped, but it never gets shipped and only a tracking label has been created. I should’ve listened to the other reviews on here because I feel like their business is a scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

This company sent me the wrong item and hasn’t responded to any of my calls or emails to correct this. It has been a month since the item was delivered and they still have not returned my messages.

Product took a long time to ship and arrive but was as advertised

Order was dropped at my door, when no one was home, damaged. I’ve tried for weeks to return it to get a refund, and have been told a few times that they would send one, but have never received it. I was more than patient overt the holidays, but am now feeling very ripped off. This is after it took weeks to ship. It took so long to arrive, with no shipping update, that I had ordered a charge back with my bank. Then cancelled it when it arrived, just to then discover that the item was damaged. Now Modrngy has my money and I have a broken light and they do not do anything to help resolve it.

Wonderful customer service, kind, friendly. My order arrived in a timely manner.

I just bought new Wabi Sabi lights for a restaurant I am opening from Modrngy and my experience has been amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that my order arrived on time. Their customer service team kept me in the loop with any progress. Looking forward to purchasing from Modrngy again.
