I have ordered several items through Modern Warriors and each transaction has been a pleasant experience with excellent customer service and support. I wouldn’t hesitate to place additional orders.

Their sales are full of restrictions. I would not recommend shopping there. Very disappointed with my experience with them. 

Ordered UNDERWOOD ammo from MW’s in April. Search engine input SLC ammo search. Did not realize St. George was not any where near SLC. Got close to SLC on my way to Wyoming for the summer. Reslized my mistake, so I called MW’s to ecplsin the situation. Asked, ‘if and when I can orovude you with a workable shipping address can you shop it to me there?’ ‘Yes no problem.’
Was originally told it was a special order, and that it would be a ‘lay-away’ for my in store pick-up. Picture sent by text to me shows my box, not in ‘lay-away’ but at the retail shelf with the other nine boxes they bought at same time. Just this Sept. was finally able to provide a workable shipping address thst worked with my travel plans. Called them to provide info. Guy I spoke with was uncertsin of the purchase detsils. Called back and talked to ‘Stephanie’( original sales person). She asked me to text her my shipping. She said I would receive email confirmation from shipping dept, and ghat should only take a couple of days to get here. Never received i”confirmation or the ammo.Texted Stephanie again to find out what the problem was, ‘did it ship and when?’ So I could schedule a pick-up. She texted me back, ‘shipping dept tried getting ahold of me.’. I replied, ‘ to tell me.’ What????? I don’t enjoy trying, repeatedly, trying to dig info out of people. Did she reply to answer that Q? Nope! Called her on ph. to get an answer to that Q. She said she was stepping into elevater and would call me back as soon as reaching her car in the parking lot. She never called back. Called back to their store in St. George. Got a manager on the ph. He told me that my lay-away box of ammo was sold. ‘And we don’t have any more.’ How does a box of ammo sitting in the lay-away area get sold to a customer. Like just maybe it never made it to the lay-away shelf. Stephanie sent me a text photo of my box of ammo in her hand at the retail shelf with the other nine boxes they ordered at the same time. When I texted her with a mention if that pic, she sent ‘me’ she, claimed that pic was taken after she had put ‘ my’ box in lay-away. Earlier she told me that they actually ordered 10 boxes total. The pic she sent me clearly shows one in her hand and nine more on the shelf behind my box. Do the math! If they only ordered 10
Boxes and there is certainly 10 total in the pic, how could she claim she had already put ‘my’ box in lay-away. That would be nine boxes in the pic ‘not ten’??? Either everything they told me was incorrect about their side of the deal. Or we have a CYOA!
One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. And they aren’t willing to own up to their customers when they blow it. Making the customer suffer for their mistakes, is not sound business practice. I’m suppose to get a refund. Will see. Meanwhile use your best judgement to do or not do business with this company. Read the reviews for yourself.

Nighthawk sent me to these guys to buy a NH 1911. Spoke to sales guy, nice enough but told me to email the owner to order my pistol. Sent email referencing both referrals an never heard back. one week later sent another email, nothing. sent 3d email and Todd never replied. These guys care so little about customers that the ghost people trying to spend $4-6,000, WTH. Have to be better distributors to deal with.

I was going to purchase a firearm from these guys.... First they wanted to charge me sales tax ...even though I lived outside of Utah...then they wanted to charge an additional 4% just to put the firearm in layaway. I have purchased numerous firearms from many stores I have never and WILL NEVER pay a surcharge for putting something into layaway. It is apparent that these guys want to maximize what they charge you if you shop there . Buyer beware.

I bought from Modern Warriors several times both from their website and also from Gunbroker. They always have ALOT of stock of all the cool gun candy you could imagine. They also setup and sell many very popular rifles and pistols with cool Cerakote patterns and "must have" accessories. Recently, there was a glitch where an order I made got marked shipped but actually did not ship. Of course I was a bit peaved about this but, when I contacted Modern Warriors, they quickly responded and called me to apologize and to overnight the order. They also did something else very very nice that I will not disclose but, it was definitely NOT EXPECTED and I was actually stunned how much they went out of their way to make things right. The owner, Todd, emailed me also personally to apologize and explain things. This is a good company. Its not always about things going right but how a company responds when things go wrong. Modern Warriors responded in spades! I will continue to patronize this company and I can highly recommend you buy from them as they have all of best guns and accessories in the market. They usually are fast to ship and have fair prices and if their is a problem you can count on them to make things right. Keep up the good work guys..I have more toys to buy! :)
