I I returned my order in opened after taking over a month and a half to get. Now they won’t refund my money. I would not trust them!!!!

Modermint.com is the continuation of Beyondkrafty.com - Chinese online “business”.
Review their terms and conditions. They did not remove the previous business name from some paragraphs. Their previous company scammed buyers and closed their website. Now they are doing business under this new company.
Stay away as far as you can.

I also got scammed by Chinese company home of COVID and lies. Advertised a large excavator and sent be a joke for $80.00 Would cost me more to return then to write off as being duped by lying chinese company.
Avoid modern mint at all costs.

Liars, liars liars, these people are promoting a monster excavator which is supposed to be big, and they sent a 3-inch big excavator, they charged almost $ 80 dollars, and they said you can return the box if you want, but; they want you to return it to China and the ups charge $ 250 so it was better to thought it in the trash, dirty, cheats and thieves, do not be fooled; modern mint is a cheater company.

I marked one star only because choosing none was not an option. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I order four items and none of them were what was advertised - one was actually broke and one was sent in styrofoam held together with scotch tape - with parts missing. All links to their website are longer available.

CAVEAT EMPTOR; I've ordered 3 items from this company and never received any of the items. Thanks to American Express I received a credit. Thus my advice is to never do business with Modernmint.

Ordered two great big remote control trucks and they sent me two dollar store remote control trucks. They are scam artists and theives

So I bought a robot and I expected the one in the add but it turned out to be a smaller robot that was cheaper than the one I ordered, a complete scam!! I would rate it no stars!!! (A waste of money)

real disaster , not even an answer after they sent a useless small plastic box instead of Toothpaste.

I have the same complaints as other customers. What you see from this company Mordern Mint, is definitely not what you get. STAY AWAY from this company! You will be very disappointed!!!!!

They shipped me a cheaper and more primitive model compared to what they had on photographs in order description. Customer service denied that they send me the wrong item.

Ordered “large” light board and a 24” robot for my sons birthday.
Both packages came. Robot was a miniature version of the advertised one and is a terrible product. Light board was a box that was empty.
Another new scam from China...
Pay for an advertised piece, then send a product that is either an empty package or a cheap version of advertisement so they can say they sent something. These Chinese companies have great marketing and can easily fool you. BEWARE! Total disappointment for my sons birthday.

Complete scam, item is not as described on the website. We are not able to send it back as the description on the website says all sells are final, this was not stated during the purchase process.

The product I ordered was complete garbage. Did not look like as advertised. In order to return I have to mail it back to China. Do not be scammed by this slick website.

This company is a scam, my order did not come close to what was advertised. And the fine print explains the no return policy. Do not get cheated by this company. Save your money, unless you want junk that cannot be returned. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

SHAMEFUL!!! This “company” also owns Modern Indigo in which I was scammed out of money and the item ordered! No direct communication with anyone and their California address is FAKE! Filed scam/fraud complaints will all major bureaus and agencies.

This company is outright fraud.They steal our money
by false advertisement.They come from china.
Don’t ever deal with them.period
They should go to jail for stealing people hard

Didnt want to give one star. First of all I wouldn't have order if realized it was coming from China. they cover their ass tho in detailed descriptions it's just crap !I ordered excavator not what I thought it was (shame on me) but is is broke package beat up pieces broken off. they are bull!!!!!@@

This is the biggest scam. We should all contact Facebook and the trade commission. Facebook shouldn’t be selling advertisements from a Chinese scam. All the treads from all of us is the same. Can’t even give this piece of S..t to my kid. You first give us all COVID-19!!! And now bend us over. They don’t return emails or phone calls. We need to blast their Facebook page with the truth!

Bad me I fell for their post on FB and it was a scam.. It is the worse company ever. Their founders as posted seem like really great folks I'm not buying the photos of them in any way I bought what was to be a really great RC excavator that was shown with a small child with it. It finally showed up after over three weeks and it was about 10" long. Such a big scam for the money!! They also show it being unloaded from a pick up for delivery and three guys hefting it! This is the worse scam I’ve ever seen! They should be put out of business for false advertising! Shame on the owners!
