I don't know who these people are or why they keep calling me. I get 3-4 calls from them PER DAY with no voicemail left. I finally got fed up and answered and was told the call was being recorded (good) and they wanted to know if I've finished installing windows??? First, I don't live in CA, where the calls are coming from, for well over 10 years. Second, I haven't ever even looked into replacing the windows at the house I've lived in for 10 years. Third, I don't even know who this company is but a quick search told me pretty quick. Scammers gonna scam...

They did not accept my answer that I was not a homeowner and had no need. They kept calling and calling mailing. I’m pissed and they can’t seem to inderstand it.

My roofing project turned out great. Every detail that was discussed before the project started was completed. The crew worked fast and diligently. My property was cleaned up before they left. The Manager requested a "walk-around" before he left the premises. I would hire them again. A top-notch company; listens to concerns, is punctual, knowledgeable, and is not pushy.

Modernize’s advertising tactics are predatory and misleading. They trick you into disclosing your contact information under the guise of checking to see if you qualify for state funded window upgrades (something they do here in Colorado), but then sell your information to every other window company on the market. I have received 25 calls in the past 2 days by Modernize and their affiliates and while Modernize themselves have offered to remove me from their list, they’ve said there’s nothing they can do about the companies they’ve shared my information with (without my consent).

I like that the calculated cost quoted was generated by AI.

Sonny stated he will email me the call stating Misty says $200 per WARM TRANSFER!
Well, that is a bunch of “BS” because Sonny NEVER emailed the call!
Bottom line is - Your FRONT LINE Misty, Sonny etc are trying to MAXIMIZE PROFITS on the front end “Contractors” and on the backend “HOMEOWNERS” but there is a CODE called ETHICS, where it is okay to be WRONG!
Just make things RIGHT and EVERYONE can make money!
Just be “H” = HONEST!!

Here’s why:
I held a recorded call with Misty Whitley who stated on this introduction call that the “WARM TRANSFER” calls charged by Modernize was $100 per transfer!
However, she wrote the CONTRACT stating $200 per WARM TRANSFER which was brought to my attention on Thursday, June 20th by the Onboarding Manager Sonny Perea! Sonny stated he would have to reach out to Misty! Misty called me on Friday morning, June 21st at approximately 10:17am stating that she NEVER informed me on the recorded call that WARM TRANSFERS cost $100! So I said “Well, let’s REPLAY the call back”! Misty rREFUSED! I spoke to Sonny thereafter, who has shunned away because he knows she was wrong! This is Misrepresentation! How would you like it if I told an Homeowner a FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT was $25k but wrote the Contract for $35k? Misty “Misrepresented” Modernize and they did not have the personnel to onboard any contractor as Sonny stated a profile would be ready on Monday.
I asked to speak with Senior Management and they have not returned any of my calls or replied to any emails; which makes me thinks “Modernize is a Scam” to charge Contractors UNETHICAL PRICES to gain a Commission!

Bottom Line: the Call was NOT RECORDED as Misty stated because had it been; then she either 1. Refuses to replay the call because it will clear show she said $100 per each WARM TRANSFER 2. Show Fraud because she LIED on the call BUT wrote HIGHER AMOUNT of $200 on the Contract! Hence the REASON why Sonny never returned any calls or emails because HE SAW MISTY WAS WRONG and they would loose INTEGRITY from the public, trying to ROB CONTRACTORS Upfront
In fact, I had to CORRECT Sonny on our Zoom call where his PowerPoint presentations miscalculated the numbers of calls to Profit!
For some reason, these “representative” from Modernize thinks that WE AS CONTRACTORS as some Dumb Manpower who only tends to Operational duties and disregards ADMINISTRATIVE WORK!
So let’s take Misty with Misrepresentation employee of Modernize suggestion and GO TO HOUZZ why:
1. They’re Honest!
2. What they say is What they Do!
3. There’s NO additional charge for “Warm Transfers”
4. There’s a FLAT FEE and they have MORE UNSHARED LEADS to embitter your business!
5. They’re not slick calling you from DIFFERENT telephone numbers so they can count it as a “MISSED CALL” to only BILL you for it like = Modernize! What a SCAM!

We've been with this company for 4-5 yrs and since they changed to no account manager you have to talk to whom ever which is 3 guys, we were with the understanding we had one but I got a call from one of the other guys in office & was slightly rude & told me I had to call or e-mail client exprience, well that got us no were after having to many issues with calls & we call them 2-3 times & e-mail numerous times with no calls or e-mails back, & its really frustating that they have gotten this bad because we liked them, but unfortunately they have gone down hill tremendously, we recommend not using them as they do not communicate as they used to, and should. We as company feel sorry for the owners of this company recon they just want your money & dont want to follow up as needed, GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEM!!!!

Do not use them! I was looking to have my flooring replaced. I completed the project 3 months ago and they are relentlessly calling and calling!! I told them 5 times I do not need their assistance but they still keep calling.

.no it did not help.at all it didn't use the size unit I specified and there was nearly a 20,000 dollar swing in what it may cost
