Starting the MYT course using my sisters savings massively tested my core belief system and my mindset around abundance. I have mentioned this firstly as I recognise how this has put extra pressure on me to 'hustle' and with a recent house move, relationship end, parent health issues, no laptop or WiFi access, arranging & taking a new full time Managers office job, to support me financially (short term) I know more than ever how much I want and need (yes, sounds fear driven but the truth is, i do need this right now, its divine timing) MYT coaching support & accountability!!
I had no choice but to take a pause from the program and the team MYT have supported my difficult life timings middle of Mod2 and I'm forever grateful. I now want to focus on completing the program & transitioning to online teaching fully so I can drop the office job for good and focus on the next layer of my life goal!
The content and support in this course is invaluable. I am still learning so much wach step of the way!! A part of me knows this tough MYT will help me grow and flow more into adundance and self love again. When I started the program, i quickly realised how amazing and supportive the coaches and the fellow MYT students are!! It's a community of calmness, beautiful energy and knowledge!
I appreciate I may appear to have started this review sounding 'moany' with all my life hurdles but the truth is, I couldn't cope and had no time to focus on my dreams whilst I used every minute of non-sleeping-hours to stabilise my life (safety and grounding) and I am super eager to get back into this with more clarity and know MYT and the supportive coaches are the best team to inject positivity, motivation and love into anyone willing to try their absolute best!!

I really enjoyed working with Modern Yoga Teacher. It gave me strong foundations in understanding how to create my business to help people live better lives and build a reliable system. I got unexpected results and I felt highly supported in the program. Highly highly recommend!

Grateful for the support in launching my business. I had know idea where to start when beginning my business and I love this particularly community because not only do I have the support of coaches helping me to develop my program but I also have a community of likeminded individuals all with a similar focus. I felt really alone when launching my business and one of my favorite things about this program is the supportive community of people going through such similar journey's as me. I was nervous about group calls vs. 1:1 calls but honestly I look forward to the group calls each week and the connection, support and guidance from the other beautiful souls in this program is absolutely amazing. I have been able to make so many wonderful new connections :)

Loving this program! It has forced me to face my fears and action my dreams. The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive and the program is the perfect roadmap I needed to my online business. By being a part of this program, I have met beautiful and supportive like minded souls and become a part of a caring and supportive online community who are all working together towards a common goal of sharing the power of yoga with the world and helping to transform peoples lives. So far it has helped me to realise and stand confident in my own knowledge and empowered me to share this with the world in spite of my fears. Can't wait to see what is next!

This program is absolutely amazing! The amount of support and the competence of the coaches is truly world class. The program takes you step by step into building your online business and this is seriously something I could not have done on my own. I am only in Module 3, which goes into the more technical side of the program and I am loving it! It is challenging but such a beautiful journey :) I feel very confident moving on into the program as I know that I will receive the support I need all the way through!
I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge and take a step up into building a successful business. At least, they give you the tools for it and you must do the hard work!

I wholly recommend Modern Yoga Teacher for any yoga instructor, studio owner, or spiritual leader that wants to start or expand this business. I am still in the beginning modules of the program, but already I have a clearly defined niche, a target client, and I am developing my base platform to house my offerings as a teacher. I feel completely supported by this program. The modules are short, sweet and effective. The Facebook group of fellow enrollees and the coaches are all very supportive and accessible. I haven't had my first call yet with my designated accountability coach, but that's coming up next week and I am excited to get tailored feedback for my business idea. Most of all though, I think the writing exercises that accompany each module are truly fantastic. They are very in depth and prompt you to think in explicit detail about your journey with yoga, your personal values, your idea for a business, your specific style of teaching (or brand of yoga), who would be interested in this brand, how you will reach these people, and more. I highly recommend this program.

So I've just finished module 3 in this program and wow it's been crazy challenging in the most beautiful way, so far. If I get frustrated, I have support from group calls, individual calls, accountability partners, the FB group, etc. When I get lost as we do in this world, I have the ability to review so much material and teach myself. Beautiful challenges and learning to grow when feeling lost are good for my soul, every time. I feel empowered, invigorated and ready to take on the rest of the program :)

I have never done any coaching program before, when I first heard about MYT I resisted at first but then it kept calling me. I intuitively knew that with the changing world this is the opportunity that I had been searching for many years. I needed support and guidance, most of all to be held accountable, to pursue my dream that I've had for 15+ years. After my breakthrough call everything aligned! There was no turning back! I am now 4 months into the program and it is absolutely AMAZING! It is also intense and overwhelming, but in a positive way. You have to be dedicated and do the work. There is so much positive support with the coaching and weekly group calls on various topics. I have never gone in so much depth understanding my niche and perfect client. This program is setting students up for success and they work with you until you do. I have never enjoyed working towards my vision so much! Thank you Ryan and everyone at MYT!

I am deeply grateful to have successfully completed the Modern Yoga Teacher course.

It was a lot of hard work especially in the final modules. I was spending 20+ hours trying to get the finished product of my assignments in; all while having finance issues with covid, my PC dying on me which put me out for a month. Despite these difficulties, I reached out to my accountability coach who was able to help me with getting all my work in in time.

The coaches are very helpful and supportive. The support calls are fantastic and a great way to learn more of what other students are struggling with especially when they have similar challenges.

The feedback is very detailed, insightful and fair.

The first module, getting you into the right head space is really important and I come to realise this as I entered module 3 because things started getting quite technical and fiddly.

I still have access to the course and all the support calls while I continue working on my business which is great.

I have complete faith that this will be the beginning of financial freedom for me.

I am thankful for this life changing journey with the Modern Yoga Teacher course! I knew I wanted to transition to more online teaching, but felt lost and didn't know where to start. The content and support in this course are well worth at least double or triple what they charge. I have learned so much! I'd never have been able to figure all this out on my own! Yes, it has been challenging at times, but most things worthwhile are, I've found. And it's through challenging ourselves that we can then grow.
I started the program at the end of Aug 2021 and completed the official program at the end of Jan 2022. After graduating we continue to have access to the great content and any added upgrades in the program, including the new platform for our business which I am quite excited about. It simplifies the process and tech side of things even more!
And the support has been phenomenal! Got a question? Besides the coaches, you can also ask the wonderful and supportive group of fellow students in the Yoga Mastermind Facebook group and get their feedback and support too! The online instruction is step by step and there are different categories of support calls to help you each week from tech and Facebook support, to Heart Centered Sales support, to keeping you accountable and also to help you fine tune your mindset for success.
You need to be ready to put in the time and effort, challenge yourself and focus on what you want to create so you, too can make a positive and transformative difference in the lives of others!

I started the program on 12/20/2021 and I am really enjoying it. All the tasks we've done so far don't feel like real tasks yet. Module 3 was a bit of a mental roller coaster and I also had to get comfortable with the technology, but the learning curve is priceless! Of course, I'm a newbie when it comes to Facebook, Facebook ads, and social media, but I'm ready to learn. I also believe that many of us are selling ourselves short. Probably also because we haven't focused on our niche until now. But I am convinced that we can definitely gain more exposure / visibility and also paying customers through this program. If we do everything right and follow and implement all the tips, nothing can really go wrong 😊.

Having access to such a large community and having support at all levels is just another special benefit. A big thank you to the entire MYT team for their commitment, dedication and work "behind" the scenes.

When I decided to enrol in this program I knew it was the right fit for me! All of the elements, the timing, the price, the support & the prospect of developing my own signature program that would reach those who needed it most was perfect! Modern Yoga Teacher has been an absolute game changer for me in starting my own online yoga business. I was starting to believe that the only way to "make it" would be to keep trying to grow my classes, but MYT really works with the individual to show an entirely different way of growing as a yoga teacher - through private, 1-on-1, high level sessions and mastermind program. The support and feedback from the coaches, as well as access to almost daily group calls and sessions has been invaluable. The minute I feel stuck or discouraged, I have an incredible community of coaches and peers to turn to. The program itself is very detailed, walking you through step by step, every part of the way. I am so, so thankful I found and signed up for this program.

I am extremely grateful to be part of MYT! It's been very challenging for me from day ONE with so many learning curves but I've felt supported every step of the way. ALL the coaches are AMAZING and the support of the community is very helpful too.
The program guides you step by step but there is also a lot of searching to do on your own. The support we get with the calls is top notch! Questions are answered either live or via email.
I am towards the end of the program and I continue to face learning curves but I know this is what it takes to build my business! It's been a roller coaster but with the encouragement, knowledge and support from the coaches and other students I am making it💜 It's a powerful program filled with teachers who share the passion of healing the world with the magic of yoga. That alone is beautiful!

My time in the Modern Yoga Teacher Program has come with a lot of personal and professional growth. There were a few learning curves with domain/subdomain names that proved to be frustrating, however, I was determined to make it work and did. The cost of running a business is far more then I thought it was going to be and I’m nervous about how I’m going to pay for everything once my FB webinar ads start running. I’m not giving up thorough. I’ve learned that I can persevere and do hard things more then I had thought before. I’ve made a lot of meaningful connections and have strengthened my ability to stay in the present moment and let go of things that are no longer serving me. I’m feeing nervous about the sales side of things as I haven’t booked a call yet but I’m trying to change that energy into excitement instead of nervousness. The support in the program is top notch and I’ve never even heard of a program that offers so much support. I would highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to reach the next level of their yoga business.

This program is challenging but it works! I signed up because I lost all my yoga clients due to Covid. I liked Ryan’s approach and jumped in to create an online yoga business.

This program is not easy and not for everyone. It’s much more than how to teach yoga online, and that’s why it is so great — it teaches you about the technology you need in order to teach online. That part is challenging, but I had a lot of support along the way: group support calls, coaches, and the community of students all going through this with me.
I always felt that my coaches were 100% invested in my success.

A month ago, in my "breakthrough call" I was pressured to sign a non-refundable contract with MYT. I was told that the program would help me achieve financial freedom while working from anywhere. I wasn't allowed any details about the course and was forced to start the program the day after signing the contract. I was not allowed to call my significant other to discuss this financial decision because the cost of the program would go up from $8,000 to $12,000 if I ended the call. I was told I would make my investment back in just about two clients and was shown only the positive reviews from this Trustpilot page.

When I asked about the additional costs needed to complete the program, I was told the only other additional expense was Facebook ads at about $300-$600. Upon entering the program, it was immediately apparent that I was misled. There are several different platforms that you must use to complete the program, all of which have monthly fees that altogether exceeds the $300-$600 that I was initially told. Plus, additional support calls are offered at the unreachable cost of $250/30 minute 1-on-1 session!

On Day 1, I was overcharged $2,000, which exceeded my credit limit and had to immediately reach out for a refund to this unauthorized charge.
Many people in the program experience technical difficulties and are told to google their problems and search through the entire course before reaching out with any questions.

After several email threads requesting to leave the program, they finally agreed to release me from my contract, but are refusing my request for a refund despite their business malpractice. After all of this, I have just received a notice that they are trying to continue charging me and if I do not pay, then I will be charged with a $100 late fee!

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with no response.

MYT preys on financially insecure and burnt-out yoga instructors by offering financial freedom at an extremely overpriced cost and through predatory marketing tactics.

Update: I am being told by MYT that I must remove this negative comment in order to be released from the program.

UPDATE: They have now advised that they will only let me out of my contract with them IF I delete all negative online reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB, and stop my credit card dispute against them for misleading sales tactics and misleading advertising regarding the actual product they are selling versus what they tell you they are selling. I guess its not so strange that they have almost no negative reviews when so many people are upset with their product and services... they coerce those with negative reviews to remove them.

This company is not worth the money. The price is exorbitant and the tactics used to sign you into the program are awful. Extremely high pressured, and they do not listen when you say no. They push and push and push. Then they teach you how to do the exact same thing to other people.

They target yoga teachers that are already overworked and underpaid under the guise that you will create a signature program that will give you the life of your dreams charging others $3000-$10,000 to learn from you.

You are not able to see any of the program outline or content prior to paying the extremely high price tag, but once you get access you quickly see that you have over paid for the content and program in general. They use only one form of advertising which is Facebook Ads and claim their marketing strategy is "cutting edge".

There really is no proof of success. All testimonials are from people still in the course, not actually completed and making their money back. They tell you about 10 hours of work a week to get through the course, but it is easily double and there are additional costs after you sign up in order to use the platforms they want you to use.

They censor the private Facebook page that you get access to as a student and so as soon as a negative comment or someone who is dissatisfied comments it is taken down never to be seen again.

Do your research people. Do not cave on your first call like so many of us did. Do. Your. Research. There is a lot of information out there. please look.

How ridiculous of a response- just as usual from you guys. You didn’t address ashy of the complaints, only used this as a platform to try to market yourself again on a program that is literally ruining peoples lives.

Your offers to me were unrealistic, and this is why I declined them. I told you from the start that I would not settle for anything less than my money back, and you refused.

Funny… you say I cenases use of the program…. I supposed that would be because you removed all of my access to the online platform- even after taking over $8000 of my money. That is not me ceasing right complete the program- that is theft. And you will be held accountable for this.
