I've ordered twice now from Modern Aussies and so far I love all the products I bought. They will give you and advice how to use the product if you do not understand the instructions that comes with it.

Product is exactly as described. Its honestly amazing and I'm obsessed. I'm so blown away by this product. Highly recommend.

I purchased a pair a shoes which I received, but unfortunately, they were a little too big. I contacted Modern via email and they were very accommodating in satisfying my request for a smaller size. Very easy to deal with.

Lovely product I bought. No problems with this company. Delivery takes a bit longer than some other sites but my lipstick was worth waiting for. Customer Care team are very responsive and helpful.

We received 2 of the handheld game consoles in black and purple… me and hubby had a try before we packed them away for Xmas. Great graphics and sound quality… awesome selection of retro games to choose from

Scam website claiming to be based in Australia but actually ships out of China, brought this to their attention in email and they denied it then sent me a product that was faulty. DO NOT TRUST

Their reply to this review is false, they are not an Australian company and I’ve tried emailing them for a refund and they at first reply saying they want to help and then never reply to any further emails. They also spammed me with calls from multiple different numbers, I emailed again to ask them to address it through email as I don’t trust their business and don’t want to speak on the phone. They again never replied.

After trying to get an exchange on shoes that were too big, I was told no. Then after writing a negative review on this company they agreed to send out a smaller size. Now months on I get a random call from them asking if I’d remove the negative review in exchange for a refund. My answer was no and that I’ll write another review for this call

Faulty product - slow to deal with and appalling customer service. Actually to be honest problem was probably low quality product rather than faulty and absolutely not as it was described.

After reading my review, I got a phone call and full refund..thanks

Ordered carplay screen, never turned up. They sent fake proof of delivery, then another tracking number saying it was lost by Araamex. Then said they were sending another unit via Australia Post. Tracking showed AP had received details for a package but not the actual item. Fortunately PayPal refunded my money, but the whole ordeal took 6 weeks.

I chose these shoes (white) as wanting something comfortable when being on my feet all day. They are comfortable & fit well and velcro straps stay tight. Even after a delivery issue, their Support staff was great, responding promptly to my emails. Even ringing me to make sure everything was ok.

I wish there was a negative 10 rating I could give them. This company are a bunch of scammers. They clearly advertise a 750 ml bottle of mould cleaner in their video. I bought 3 bottles and they sent me 3 tiny 2 inch bottles containing 60 ml each 😡 When it arrived the packaging indicates that it came from China
I contacted them to ask for a refund and complain about the misleading , inaccurate , deceitful advertising and they said
Thanks for my feedback but my order did not meet their requirements for a refund. They then said that they would give me a $20 credit for my next purchase 😳😳😳
As if I would ever have anything to do with them again !
I disputed the payment with my bank and I got my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS WHO ADVERTISE ONE THING AND DELIVER SOMETHING DIFFERENT

UPDATE …. NOW MODERN AUSSIES ARE SAYING THAT I DIDN’T BUY FROM THEM.
THAT IS RUBBISH. I WISH I COULD UPLOAD EMAILS AND PHOTOS HERE TO PROVE THAT I DID BUY FROM THEM AND I WAS RIPPED OFF . STAY AWAY FROM MODERN AUSSIES..THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF 😡😡😡

They have ripped me off with a faulty game stick. Tried to offer store credit once they saw the video of it faulty. I still wanted my money back. This is the response I got after I wanted a refund and proved it was faulty.

We don't recommend returns as it takes weeks and the shipping fee customers pay is higher than the order amount itself.

There is no need to return the initial item as it will only incur a shipping cost. Thank you

The order came quickly and nicely made. I had an issue with the size so the company has agreed to send me some more pants in a larger size. I will write another review when I have worn the new pants for a couple of weeks to let you know how good they are!

I purchased two pairs of the Barefoot Sole shoes - one pair for myself as I have arthritis in my left foot which needs nurturing, and one pair for the instructress of our exercise class who was, at the age of 64, diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Her left foot is badly affected and at times, even if she is out shopping, she has to take her shoes off and walk barefooted. I spoke with her mid-afternoon today and she is thrilled and amazed how comfortable these shoes are - she put them on at 6 a.m. and was still wearing them; usually the first thing she does when she gets home from her morning class is take her shoes off. They are proving to be simply wonderful. One of the 'girls' from class this morning was also wearing a pair of your barefoot sole shoes and was singing their praises. I'm sure some of the other 'girls' from class will be looking to purchase a pair. As for me, I'm finding I have one toe on my left foot and one on my right foot that have starting 'curling' and I'm looking forward to the barefoot sole shoes helping to rectify this.
A marvellous product all round!!!

Postage took forever with no updates on where package was.
Product was cheap and nasty. Highly suspect reviews for products are not genuine.
