Was a great app one of the best out there....but when something goes wrong there's no one to get ahold of just some AI bot that can't do anything

Have been using this app for several months and have only made $5 I'm bombarded with ads have done tests and everything I even had shares of mode stock and they disappeared it's spam and scam

I only got to use the app for a week before getting my account suspended for "fraud" as soon as I tried to cash out. Contacting support got me zero explanation, no chance to explain myself, and my account was permanently disabled exactly 24 hours later which convinces me no human actually looked into it.

Prior to this they owed me 200k points in missing rewards. I had two tickets open for both games involved: one was closed for being a "duplicate" and told me to follow up on the (nonexistent) original, while the other was only answered AFTER my account had already gotten falsely disabled, making it useless now. Through their OWN APP, no exploits or any external tricks, I had earned over $250 worth of rewards that I never got.

The app also offers its own worthless crypto and tries to entice you into wasting points on tokens and "stock" which is always shady. Untrustworthy, dishonest, and a complete waste of my time.

After making 90,000 points from a game offer I proceeded to cash out. The next morning when going to check the app I received a screen saying I violated their policies. Now I received an email with no reason just the same statement saying I violated their policies and my account is permanently suspended. I believe a lot of people have had similar experiences.

This is the bwst app ever, easy cashout. It allows me to do tasks like washing dishes vacuuming, driving or simply cooking while making money doing it

100% scammers - These guys offer some stock to join their group. After you sign up they sell your info to multiple other companies that immediately start bombarding you. There's ZERO chance what they're doing is compliant. Run people

The ad promised $30 dollars back on the Lyft ride ad when I got a ride. The ad took me to their website to sign up for membership. The website did mention there being membership costs. They made me download the app. They charged me $19 almost $20 on my card, they never gave me my $30, and I have bank and email records to prove that. They also didn't mention ANYWHERE that this "subscription" is on a 28 day basis. Now their website says that membership only costs $4.99 a month, and cancelling the subscription was very difficult because their emails gave me false information and their chatbot that they send you to doesn't exist. I had to maneuver links in order to get to cancellation option. First they said in the terms and agreements that it has to be cancelled by email sending "Cancel my mode phone" in the subject line, but it has to be done through another email from them once you send a concerned email to the very same email address to them and then they send you to the chatbot that in the webpage it says doesn't exist. Then they send you to a webpage that is not available to find just by searching for it where you can finally request to cancel the monthly subscription. This is very illegal. Please be warned. I think they pay people to post good reviews for credit points. I GOT SCAMMED. SORRY.

Actually a decent amount of surveys I qualify for. Good music options, and I like how you can earn points while listening and multitasking. Also really nice how you can multiply some of the rewards by watching videos. Also gotta love getting points for charging your phone!

I am beyond frustrated with Mode Earn App. After spending countless hours earning enough for a virtual card, the service is completely useless.I have a balance on my card, but almost every single transaction I attempt comes back as "Transaction Blocking" or "Merchant not in Network." What is the point of earning a reward if the app won't actually let you spend it? I’ve tried using it for basic services like Google and PayPal (which should be standard), and every single one is blocked for no clear reason.It feels like they make it as difficult as possible to actually use the money you earned. To make matters worse, their "support" is non-existent when it comes to fixing these "Merchant not in Network" errors. If you're looking for a reliable way to earn and spend rewards, stay far away from this app. They’ll let you earn the points, but good luck actually getting your money out.Avoid this headache!

Don't know what i like or dislike haven't made it to the end yet trying for the big prize hope I get it.

My ex introduced me to this app and since it is difficult for me to physically work, this app really helps with getting a few essential or cheap things every few weeks as needed!!

Of all the game apps I have played in the past few years(Mistplay. playWell, Pogo, Fetch etc etc), this is the only one that lets me make the most money in the short time. I’m talking about days. Playing the games give you the most points in the shortest time. I’ve only started playing a month ago along with reading articles and listening to music and so far I’ve already cashed out $100 between 2 phones

I've not used Mode Mobile a lot, but I appreciate all the opportunities to earn. Communication is good and I recommend.
