Top notch models and excellent customer service
Jenny and the rest of the team at The Modelstore have been fantastic! Orders arrive incredibly well packaged, and the models are all well looked after. Jenny even emailed me to check that I had meant to buy 2 of the same model. I hadn’t! She then allowed me to swap the model to one I did not yet have, saving me the hassle of deciding what to do about having a duplicate. Top notch customer service. Will definitely be ordering again!

WARNING
AVOID this website. After placing two successful orders, I received a summons claiming I hadn't paid despite having complete payment confirmation. Their payment system is unreliable and they take legal action without proper communication. I'm now dealing with court proceedings over their technical error. Save yourself the headache and legal trouble.

This customer placed two orders with us and we shipped the items within 24 hours as we would usually do. It was discovered later that this customer had manipulated the PayPal system and we did not receive payment for the items. PayPal have subsequently confirmed neither they or ourselves have received payment. We contacted the customer several times on his numerous email accounts only to be ignored. When he did respond months later, he provided false PayPal receipts claiming he had paid for the items. PayPal confirmed that the transaction ID’s were fake.
Court proceedings were served as the customer has had the goods and still not paid for them. AVOID this customer.
A good job, well done
You informed me as soon as the item was in stock. Payment was easy and delivered in good time, well packaged.
