Ordered on a Monday and paid for next day delivery (1-2 days) my item didn’t arrive until a week later. I tried using the online chat however it wasn’t working. I emailed and didn’t hear anything back. This was ordered for a special occasion and didn’t arrive in time.

The package came very fast and the product is as I expected. Love the personalization, highly recommended.

Ordered some custom cuff links for my groom to wear on our wedding day. Upon ordering I messaged with the wording to be engraved and the shape I was looking for. They were very accommodating, I was sent a proof and it was an extremely quick and easy process. The cuff links arrived quickly and safely via a courier. They are exactly as I wanted, quality is great and I can't wait to give them to my fiance on our wedding day.

This is the second lot of cufflinks I have purchased and I haven't been disappointed with them at all.
The only reason I bought two lots is because my wedding got postponed but the quality is so good I didn't hesitate in getting some more. All I can say is thank you very for the cufflinks and the smart box they come in and the brilliant customer service.

The finished work is flawless on the cuffs. Especially the ones that I had my initials engraved. No catch points, no seams. The work done is done with care. I know I'll be coming back to obtain more items to obtain. And one of the items I wish to aquire is their Rose-Gold. Beautiful work, beautiful pieces of jewelry.
