Dear,
Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your order: your name does not appear in our customer database, and no reference or order number was provided with your review.
All our products are new and 100% authentic, sourced exclusively from official suppliers. Our store has been operating since 1982, and we take authenticity and customer satisfaction very seriously.
At this stage, we genuinely do not understand what your review is referring to.

Louboutins birthday gift order
I ordered some louboutins from Moda for my mums 50th birthday. I was skeptical as my order with another company before this had defects so was nervous about buying such a high priced item online. The Moda shopping experience was incredible, they answered all my questions and concerns within 24 hours and the shoes were shipped the next day arriving within 3 days to UK! The shoes are brand new, authentic and perfect. I can’t wait to gift them to my mum. Thank you so much!

Dear Daniele,
You placed an order on October 6th, which you received on October 8th.
You contacted us the same day to request a return, and we immediately sent you the return label.
You then handed the package to DHL, and it was marked as delivered to our store on October 15th. However, as we explained, there was an issue with DHL’s delivery process. We have now finally received the package and processed your refund.
We replied to all your messages promptly and did our best to keep you reassured throughout the process.
Your review therefore seems unfair and not entirely accurate, as the refund has been completed today.
Best regards,
The Moda Team
